I love Dr. Lindsey and the whole team here. They always go above and beyond to ensure that me and my family have the best experience. They always remember lots of details about me and my kids, which makes us feel special. They also have all the latest and greatest technology for eye exams, which I find very cool and fascinating.

I got a text message received from fyidoctors said my glasses is ready to pick up and ask me to call to book an appointment. I called and asked do I need to book an appointment or I can go anytime. Later she said I need to book an appointment so there will be optician to help me to adjust my eye glasses. So we booked a time for next day, there is only a training optician to help me and he/she is not very good at it. First, one of my nose pad was missing and we adjusted my eye glasses back and forth for about 5 times. I do not understand what is the point of making an appointment if there is no professional optician to help me out. Overall, this place is pricey compare to other place and service is unprofessionally done.

My wife and I have been coming here for 3 years. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I've always been able to get appointments quickly. The store is very clean and modern, with lots tons of glasses to choose from.I have benefits from sunlife, and they are able to direct bill.I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing! As a single mom of 2 during the pandemic it's hard to get anything done sometimes in order to keep them safe.This was the first appointment I had after 2 months in the house and they were just AMAZING to me and my children. My kids were hyper and excited to be out and instead of getting frustrated or annoyed they engaged my son's and I in conversation and laughs and made this honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had.Thank you ladies so much for your help and finding me the perfect new pair of glasses.I would recommend this optometrist to everyone and anyone. Pure joy and happiness radiates through that office.

Recently visited them for my wife’s eye exam. Tina and Dr Goetz attended to us. Made us feel welcome and were thorough with the process. They explained in detail about the different steps in the exam. Very reassuring, relaxing and awesome experience.

My Fiancé and I came here for our first time today and I have to say I am very impressed with the service. The doctor was lovely and the assistant Tina was amazing. They were very understanding, patient and helpful when it came to me trying out contacts for the first time. Would definitely recommend this office!

I went to FYIdoctors in Kitchener for the first time after having had a less than stellar experience with another optician in the area. I was blown away by how wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable they were - and I was treated like a Queen! Huge shout out to Jesse ( I hope I spelled that correctly ) and Amber who went above and beyond.Jesse - thank you for the coffee and for being more than patient with all my questions.I cannot recommend them enough.
