Great overall experience! Food is good, the atmosphere is modern and clean, though a little loud for my liking with the radio and the people cooking a few feet away. Service is quick and friendly.

Awesome experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and restaurant was clean and modern looking. We got 10% off because it was our first visit as well as a free sample. I am happy to go back any time. Recommended.

I went there and ordered chicken on the rocks, there was very less chicken, less garlic sauce and when I asked to put a little extra and the manager was like I’ve to pay extra. Didn’t like the food today. Osmows Richmond is so much better Atleast they care about customers

i have been to osmows clarke road for many times and the shawarma was really very good and tasty . in london i felt osmows has best shawarma as compared to other restaurants. service was very good and store looks really neat and tidy. delivery time was was just within minutes after order. which was really impressive. - shashidhar

I would go for a zero star.Yesterday i ordered for one chicken shawarma and one beef shawarma. The worst experience ever. Due to new years eve they have not enough toppings or sauce. Instead of chicken and beef we got full of lettuce. The wrap is full stuffed with lettuce.
