Called in to book an appointment to open an account and was told I didn't have to book for that and to just go in. Went in twice and each time there was NO ONE available to open an account for me. Asked to see a manager and was told the manager wasn't available either. Staff was rude, not even bothering to assist. I was actually told to go somewhere else.... Ridiculous

Disgusting service as usual. Rude staff especially one female staff member.Manager never available to speak with. Lied to on several occasion by staff member. Treated like a common criminal just because of the way I dress. inexperienced financial advice. Made to feel uncomfortable when going into the branch. Security person on the door always listening to private conversations at reception desk. This Branch has become one of the most unfriendly places to visit. After being at the Branch recently. I left and proceeded to Td Bank Walkers Line. Where everyone is full of smiles and happy. Scotiabank is in need of a sweep clean. They have become a Dinosaur in modern world. You almost feel dirty when you leave the branch.

All staffs are friendly and humble to serve customers like. Keep up your good job

They don't care about their customers at all. I am their customer for 5 years and now I am about changing my bank. They keep transferring me from one advisor to another and they don't aim to help and fix our online bank issues. I don't recommend Scotiabank. Don't waste your time!

Same issue as other mentioned. Booked an appointment through teller 1 week in advance with Andrew. Got the call 11am in the morning from the guy with whom my appointment was booked that, he cant do 3pm but he will do 4.30pm however even 4.30pm is not enough time as he leaves at 5. So my appointment time was changed and no advanced noticed was given.. was about to give mortgage business but now no way.New branch but doesn't look like they need more business. Good luck.

I booked an hour-long appointment with a financial advisor and when I arrived at my appointment on time I was notified that my advisor was sick and not coming in. They didn't attempt to contact me to let me know prior to me showing up. This was the second time making this appointment and the second time something has gone wrong.

Clean and decent branch with friendly enough staff and generally minimal line ups. Two stars for now because I booked an appointment last week for today with a teller. Showed up for the appointment they scheduled for me just to be told sorry that person isn’t working today. Drive all the way in after working nights to make this appointment. Frustrating and staff said sorry but didn’t offer to rectify the situation. So upsetting

Professional, helpful and efficient. I achieved my business account opening transaction within 30minutes.

Conveniently located branch, with ample parking. Drive-through ATM adds a nice convenience, but only for smaller cars -- larger cars and pickup trucks may have trouble negotiating those turns.

Initially, this branch was very helpful in setting up our mortgage. However, in the 4 years they've helped us, our contacts have changed 3 times (that I know of, it seems they don't like to let you know who holds your mortgage information). It seems that this branch cannot keep their employees and it's lucky if the new staff emails you to inform you.The tellers are always very nice. But anyone who works in any other area of the bank seems to continually disappear.
