AC was installed July 2021. Wiring repair was requested. I’ve been in contact with Rena to dispatch a tech. (August 2022). Communication between customer, dispatcher/technician should be improved. It will only take seconds to call if tech has to reschedule or if service has been completed but Sarte employees don’t do that. I had to call the office multiple times to ask what’s the hold up after two re-scheduling made. Only to be given an excuse that tech attended and note was added to my “other” file. I was then advised that wiring isn’t covered as it was stolen by tenant. I then requested for a tech to provide a quote for the wiring repair (via phone and email). I was advised diagnostic fee would be charged for this request for a tech to attend which is fine. I didn’t receive any confirmation so I went with another contractor. I am so unhappy with their overall service anyway so what’s the point of using them again.Then today, sept 9th I got an invoice for diagnostic I never received a confirmation that is being done nor an estimate provided. I called their accounting dept and spoke to Matthew about my complaint. Surprisingly I was told I was the first to have expressed a complaint.I deal with multiple contractors from time to time but never had such a poor experience like with Sarte.

My furnace kept cutting out in the evening and I called SH&C to set up an appt for the next day. Ed came at 10am and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Turned out it was a bad heat exchanger. He left to pick up the part and returned shortly to do the 3-hour install. After the install, he also cleaned out the inside and now my furnace is running smoother than ever. He was very professional and no mess was left behind. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. My dad got our air conditioner installed in 2021, every SINGLE year since it’s been installed it has broken. It’s a good thing we got warranty, but it’s only for 5 years for labour and 10 years for parts. Now what happens if it breaks without warranty? We’ve tried to schedule appointments to get it fixed during a heat wave and they kept changing the appointment. It was a complete waste of money! Don’t bother with this company!!

During last week's heat wave, we came home to find our house unusually warmer than usual. We found that the A/C fan outside was stopped spinning. Called Sarte Heating & Cooling office and service call was logged in. Within 30 mins Sammy responded and he came right away. He found the issue, replaced the part and was done within 30 mins. I've never received a response to service that quick before. It was definitely appreciated in the heat wave! Thank you Sarte Heating & Cooling!

Sarte Heating & Cooling is very responsive and profressional. I hired the company to install heating & cooling and electrical work. When asked to fix a short fuse or hot water tank issues, Sammy responded before the end of the day and service was completed within 48 hours. I highly recommend his company for new homes and any replacement heating, cooling, air conditioning and electrical services.

I called Sarte when my air conditioning was no longer cooling. I had determined on my own by listening to the AC and furnace that the culprit was the blower in the furnace. The guy from Sarte did exactly the same and told me he would get me a price on a new blower motor. On the way out, he mentioned his recommendation would be to replace the furnace, AC, and water heater (which is 3 years old) as well as install a heat pump.The next communication I received was 5 weeks later with an invoice for their diagnostic services.Thankfully, I didn't wait around to hear about their pricing.0/10, wouldn't recommend.

Would highly recommend Sarte. We had our furnace, A/C and some additional ducting done. They were able to schedule us in shortly, and come in and did the job quickly and clean. Even came back to fine tune the furnace when it was time to start heating the house this fall. Sammy and his team are very friendly and professional.

Saved me thousands of dollars!!! Thank you very much for your honest opinion! I know the furnace is old, but you didn’t push me to buy a new furnace. Spent a few hundred rather than thousands. My finance is not at the best right now, so I really appreciate what Sarte have done for me!! You will the one I buy the new furnace from once I get over the tough times.

I was in the hunt for a replacement AC, an acquaintance told me to contact Sarte. When Dale showed up at my door he was a very nice person to deal with. He was very attentive, quick to respond to any questions and really shows the eagerness to have my business. I was impressed that he got the quote to me very quickly and followed up with me the next day before anyone else did and provided me a competitive quote.Now that everything is completed, I have to say I am happy to have made the right decision and went with them. The installation team was professional and very quick with the work they needed to do. They all seem to be very nice people and that's hard to come by nowadays, and I would definitely recommend them and continue to call them up for my needs.
