Aquatech Marine

So disappointing. Left with high hopes last weekend of trialling a boat this weekend. Called and made an appointment to view boat after the wrap came off. Showed up and not done. Came back today, still not done. Noone interested in an explanation and were told to they're busy. So we left, won't return, sale lost

Aquatech is a great friendly local service. I will continue to use their services for my boat. Definitely 5 stars

OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED.very disappointed!!! Took them 7 weeks and endless excuses and still ended up with a boat that's only partially fixed.Both the owners and the front desk lady kept giving us the run around for weeks on end. Never called when they said they would. Constant excuse after excuse and literally delivered us an unfixed boat. Even after clarifying with them that the work was complete and not being able to view these completions on site before having it delivered to make sure it was done - the boat arrived unfixed even after stressing countless times. I couldn't be more disappointed with the service we were given and it turns out some of our neighbours have had the exact same negative experiences! I recommend going elsewhere such as little river boat world or JB marine.I was under the impression a boat repair shop would actually fix my boat but instead they took my money, repaired 1/4 things and jerked me around for nearly 2 months.Take your money and your business elsewhere!!!

James and company have looked after our boats since they got started. We have had in-lake breakdowns to which he has responded quickly. Our yearly maintenance always gives us a trouble free summer on the water. Have always enjoyed his company and are happy to recommend them.
