They do not return calls or emails. I even left messages for the manager with no luck. Ruined my credit by not clearing out my account and following up. Not a good experience!

The agents are misleading and deceptive. They lied about their service and offering. I will never use them again.

I have needed a variety of financial services over the years. Pen has made everything easy and service is always excellent.

Great Credit Union. Helpful staff. There is a reason I've been banking with them for nearly 20 years.

It is extremely difficult to get confirmation (written) for investments. Takes 2 or 3 phone calls and I am not talking small amounts of money. When these investments come to term I won't be investing with them again

I love the new location although a little far out but the staff there are fantastic like to see more promotions

We sold our house and our lawyers paid off the remainder of our mortgage. Pen financial have in error taken 2 mortgage payments from us since then and have been very rude and unprofessional with all correspondence. It's like pulling teeth trying to get straight answers, very disappointed.

The long: Unprofessional. I would not deal with them, took more than a week to process a loan for a car. I ended up just going to the bank and getting one that day.Tried to contact the person who was dealing with it but they were in with another client". I left them my contact information and was never called back. I understand that there are busy periods at work but

DO NOT USE PenFinancial for a mortgage. In my opinion they do not have the expertise of other credit unions or banks.I was changing my mortgage from Pen to RBC and they told me the break fee was around 13k. I called the branch and a representative tried to tell me they use the posted rate at the time I signed the contract. I had to read the terms to the bank representative that stated they will use the current posted rate at the time you are getting out of the mortgage.I received a call back soon after with an adjusted break fee of around 6.5k.The process to get the correct break fee was a nightmare. They were very slow and made the process stressful probably because they wanted to collect the incorrect 13k.

*Only person who answers and responded normally was Brennan Head in Dunnville branch.*My mortgage renewal date was Nov,29,2021 and I had booked on Nov, 09 for a phone call appointment and Ibrahim Supposed to call but there was no call back, And I left a message but there was no call back again. Next day I call again and was able to talk to him. I got a answer for the annual lumsump payment amount and how to pay and I ask him how to renew the mortgage without visiting branch and he said he will find out the way and call back to me.There was no call at all and I got a letter with late mortgage renewal notice which has 5.45% rate on Dec, 15,2022.So many unprofessional work but long story short, I had contacted with him again and addressed to Keith branch manager but was still waiting for solution and I'm paying the 5.45% mortgage rate since end of Nov,2021 which is over 3 months.Finally, it's been ended yesterday with little higher rate than I supposed to get initially but there was no compensation for the payment during the term.They don't call back and no reply on my email. Always I needed to call over and over to reach to them.It was really frustrated and still can't understand how this things happening.Don't go Pen financial, totally unreliable.
