We had such a great experience dealing with James Baron at his previous car dealership that we followed him to Porsche. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, not pushy, and extremely pleasant to deal with. One of the things that sets James apart from other salespeople is that he focuses more on listening vs. talking. The vibe in this dealership is extremely positive and friendly. I was also impressed that when we picked up our vehicle, the Sales Manager, Yang, approached us with a big smile and a handshake; he made the effort even though the sale was already made. I can’t tell you the number of times that a salesperson has completely ignored us after they’ve made the sale. Adam did a fabulous job teaching us all the features of our new vehicle and even drove us to a nearby insurance agent to get our insurance switched. This is truly a class dealership, and we love our new vehicle!

Luca from Porsche Winnipeg saved my 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML350 Bluetec (diesel). My ML350 Diesel/Bluetec was misdiagnosed and left for dead (by the lady service manager) in the lot by the German Competitor in Winnipeg for almost 1 year and a half. I consulted with Luca the Porsche Service Consultant at Porsche Winnipeg, about my ML, and after learning about the state of my vehicle, with confidence he said: “I am willing to take a look at it, clean it, and I am confident I can get it started” . I towed my vehicle to Porsche and after getting a new diagnosis, Luca helped me deal with my extended warranty/protection company about the new diagnosis, and finally fixing/getting my ML started. What the other German competitor could not do in a year and a half(causing further damage to the vehicle), Porsche Winnipeg did - in a matter of weeks and at a much lower cost. Luca and Porsche Winnipeg use state of the art diagnostic equipment; they document and communicate via video the state of the vehicle and work orders and provide service beyond what I have experienced anywhere else. I didn't purchase a vehicle from them but I almost did - dealt with James Baron, he was very communicative, not pushy, and went above and beyond filming an HD walk through of the Macan GTS I was looking at since. It didn't work out because I'm from Ontario and ended up buying a different car, but I'll definitely be looking at this dealership for my next vehicle.

Mateo was amazing in helping me make the purchase of the 911 a fantastic experience!! I live in Toronto and bought this 911 from Winnipeg without any problems just by telephone, text and email correspondence. Mateo was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had through out the transaction. He also organized to ship the car from Winnipeg to Toronto without a hitch. Incredible experience dealing with Porsche Centre Winnipeg. I've dealt with other luxury brand dealers before, but Porsche really takes everything to a higher level. I've bought two vehicles with Mateo Ramirez here in Winnipeg and can't say enough great things. Patience, no pressure, great follow-up, prompt to answer any questions or inquiries and most importantly the service doesn't drop off after the car has been delivered. They greet you by name for service appointments, give text updates and video updates while service is being completed.
