Clean My Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning Ltd.

I live in Edmonton and could have used one of the big name companies, but I prefer to support small locally owned businesses when possible, so I called Clean My Air Furnace and Duct Cleaning in Leduc.I was able to quickly get a quote over the phone, from the person who answered the phone - no phone recordings! It was immediate personal service.The price was slightly less than the big chains so that was just a bonus, because I will gladly pay slightly more than big chains just to support local.The technicians that arrived were prompt and professional.Just a side note: just before the technicians arrived, my daughter's cat hid in the basement. He's a nervous cat and had hunkered down in a narrow, tiny crawl space where we couldn't reach him. My daughter was worried that he would dart out and run out the door. The technicians were kind enough to keep an eye on the cat and keep my daughter updated that he was still safe and in the same spot throughout the whole time they were there.Service and price were both exceptional with this company. Added bonus that they were also thoughtful people and locally owned.

Clean my air furnace was quick to answer the phone, were available on relatively short notice, and gave an accurate estimate. Once arrived the crew did a great job walking through and making sure everything was planned, quick and thorough. I will be booking them again.

A great, friendly experience (no hassling from telemarketers!). They were responsive to my request and easy to book. They showed up on time and were done in 2 hrs. Very thorough, friendly service. Extremely knowledgeable in pointing out some future trouble spots to keep an eye on. I will be using them again in a couple of years!

10/10 - Clean My Air was recommended to me by a friend and the recommendation was as solid as they come. Rob's initial quote was 100% accurate (unlike many of the big companies that tend to add on additional charges on the day of the cleaning). I was referred to Clean my Air by my father who is a contractor and used the team prior and was amazed at the job that was performed I. The newly constructed home!Rob and his team are friendly, efficient and no less when they left. He discovered an oil leak from the shaft on my Furnace drum and recommended I have this fixed soon before the repair is possibly a furnace! The furnace guy didn’t mention this 18 weeks ago when he was he for service work on the furnace, he recommended I finance a new furnace ($6700) if it goes! They were professional and thorough and went above and beyond for us today. Our ducts were in rough shape and I swear my house smells cleaner and I can actually feel warm air coming through the vents. They also left us with tips on maintenance and gave us a heads up on some other things that need to be looked at. Definitely will be rebooking with Clean My Air!
