Please don't file your tax with: VIVIAN.She is very confusing and when I ask questions she gets blank. She keeps asking for documents but when we get it she keeps delaying the process. She said that I owe to CRA some amount. But in reality when I checked my account. I owe nothing to CRA.She is complex and doesn't know what's she is doing.Also, my refund was too less as compared to my previous years.

Visited this location despite all the negatives reviews.This was my first Tax Return since arriving to Canada.Had a chance to work with Regina.Everything was explained as detailed as possible.She went through every possible question to determine best option for me to file taxes.It was very fast and professional.I'll file my taxes with given H&R Location, specifically with Regina from now on.

When I called in to book mine and my wife's appointment to have our taxes completed I asked what the cost would be. I told them I had two slips and she had 3. I was told $80-90 per person possible less" after the filing process they told us it was $119 per person. It took them a total of 25 minutes. This location has terrible customer services. I would have gone with another company that received a much higher review

Visited this place one time. Staff are very nice. The tax filing was done quickly and everything was explained to me in detail.I had a chance to work with Panteha. She is very professional and has a pleasant personality.I'll definitely go back here next year.

These negative reviews completely shock me! I came here to absolutely boast about Regina, her professionalism, knowledge and overall friendly enjoyable attitude. This Is my second year having her do my return and it was every bit as effiecent and enjoyable as the last. Never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen and even the receptionist was pleasant. I would personally recommend this office and especially Regina. Thanks for your service.

Regina is amazing and super knowledgeable. She is super friendly and accommodating. I have been doing my taxes with her for the last 2 years

Came in and they saw us within a few mins and said they could take us right away. Amazing service. Very nice people

I called in and asked for a quote for filing tax. The receptionist told me it's somewhere between $80-$120. I then came in. They asked for $440 for filing my tax. The lady who helped me with tax finally offered a discount of 20%. I was left with no option but to pay $350ish. I used to file tax myself (it took me 1-2 hours), and this year, I had a lot to deal with. So I thought maybe hire someone to do it. Well, I will say the return is definitely not maximized" as advertised. The tax specialist asked me a few questions

This tax office is very slow. We used them last year and it wasnt that great the girl was very hard to understand her english was very poor. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that this year would be better if we got a different person. We where highly disappointed again! We booked an appointment for 630pm last night and the girl didnt even come to get us till after 7pm there was people behind us that where out and done long before us with way more complicated taxes. Basic taxes for husband wife and one child took us till 925pm. We kept telling the lady we needed to go we had a child at a baby sitter who we needed to get home to and instead of printing out our cheque so we could leave her boss came in to our booth opened up someone else's taxes in front of me and our girl she left us for 20 mins while she sat with her boss trying to staple receipts to our folders. So they could close. We got very agitated and annoyed at this point the boss tried to offer us an apology we left extremely agitated annoyed and frustrated I've never had taxes take 3 hours before!

I have been going to this location for several years. I always see Regina and she is friendly and efficient. I am always seen promptly. I always receive the best return possible. I continue to go every year because it really is the best Tax Return service I have ever used.
