Mr Satwinder cashier denied to me for using the washroom becoz it is so dirty also he he said its not my duty .even its a public washroom. Its happen 2nd time withme .so rude customers servers also aggressive manners. At the end he said u can make the complaint anywhere as u want .

Bought Milk twice at this place, both times, the milk was curdled or due same day, or within a day. DO NOT BUY MILK here!!! They do not check expiry dates. If they do not care about that, they won't care about anything else expired.

I paid for the top car wash option and the water cut out leaving my truck all soapy . I went inside and got the employee to come have a look and by this time the soap was starting to dry . He refused to give me another wash to remove all the soap instead he insisted that everything was good . My truck wasn't any cleaner after leaving the car wash . I strongly recommend to avoid this car wash !!!!

I went there to get my smart car washed.. Something went wrong half way and the machine that was spraying the water miscalculated my car. It closed on my rear fender and scratched it.. I took photos.. Complained to the clerk they told to call management. I called and they told me to call my insurance to get it fixed. I was telling them.. Shouldn't I be calling their insurance.. They said no.. So their machine scratches my car and they want my insurance to fix it and I pay for deductible...

Poor customer service. 2nd time that this happened to me. Swiped my BCAA card, then Airmiles, then my Credit card..it keeps giving me an error and was not processing my Cards. This is for the Gaspump#1/2. I know something was wrong with that particular Gas pump, cause its my 2nd time I've encountered this with this Gas pump. I went in the counter and told the cashier that something is wrong with the gas pump machine and i'll be paying inside. Instead of acknowledging it, the cashier said, there is nothing wrong with the gas pump buddy

There’s are cashier name Amardeep there I went to go buy few things inside the store he saw me walking towards the door but locked it and said wait 10 minutes i locked the door or you can leave don’t even bother going here really poor service either this place should shutdown or change to better staff this kinda stuff happened Many times

I have been to this gas station number of times in the last year.I have clearly noticed that one employee denying washroom access to everyone. (It's out of order) only when he is working. And the front door is locked too.. this only happens when he is working ( long beard and turban younger guy) only this lazy guy had this excuse every time and others would let u use as usual.. last time I went same thing, front door locked 4 p.m. I had to knock so he can stop his video *** I didn't have to go to the washroom but I wanted test whether this guy would say the same thing. Sure enough, washroom out of order"... I am writing so Shell is made aware of this kind of selfish behavior...an inconvenience to the customer."

Be careful, this gas station will overcharge you! One employee working in this place (handicapped, with only right arm) overcharged me twice within one week. Last time he overcharged me for a soft drink, and today he did it again when I bought firewood at this gas station. I asked him to scan the barcode on the firewood, but he refused, and instead he entered a wrong price again. If it happened just once, I would think that it is due to wrong price memory. However it happened twice within one week, I believe he did it purposely. I would not come back to this gas station again so long as this dishonest employee is working there.

The amount paid for the car wash isn't worth it because the dispenser is clearly not outputting the volume of liquids it should. The triple bubble solution that's for three different colors is applied inconsistently and barely any comes out of the system. The owner is extremely defensive and dismisses any attempt to bring this to his attention by stating that the car looks clean after the wash so nothing is broken. Take your business elsewhere.
