Ark At Home Fireplaces

We bought our gas fireplace from Ark 2 years ago and love the look of it and the cozy heat it produces. The customer service was first class too! We couldn't be happier with our new wood stove! We let the pro's at Ark at Home decide what would be the best stove for our home and the whole experience has been amazing. The service was outstanding, Stephen and Rhoades came to install the stove; they were fast, clean, very polite and easy to have in your home. Duncan came by my house after working hours to offer us an estimate and just like his team, very polite, professional and easy to have in your home. I'd recommend this team for any and all fireplace work!

my new gas fireplace just finished getting installed. I’m thrilled! From Rob who went over the different models, coming out to measure for our new fireplace and setting a time for installation was all done in a professional, timely manner and without pressure. The gas fitters who came to take out our old gas stove and put in our new one we’re fabulous! They were polite, very knowledgeable, hard working and really got along with each other. They didn’t just install it they brought my fireplace up to safety standards by drywalling and checking before hand that there would be no drafts before installing the new one. They were so thorough and made sure I knew how to operate it and that everything was cleaned up. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole team and would not hesitate to recommend then to anyone! A wonderful experience dealing with Rob Sidoroff at Ark@Home. He showed us what was available and helped us to decide what fireplace was best for us & our room size. We were removing an old fp and changing the size including the surrounding box. Gave us a great quote which came in right on budget. The installation crew was amazing. Professional and knew exactly what they needed to do and did it well. (respectful & friendly too). So pleased with the results. Also provided us with the information required by our strata. We have used another company for our annual servicing of our two gas fireplaces since we moved to the Island in 2018. We have had very good service until this year but will not use that company again. I then contacted Ark At Home who had installed the two units in the first place and they had a tech. out the next day and now things are working well. Darcy did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem in the one fireplace that was working worse after the other company had done the annual service on it. Will be calling Ark At Home in the future thanks to the diligent and friendly work of both Darcy and Sue.

If you need any type of fireplace, run don’t walk to Ark At Home. I literally knew nothing about fireplaces and Tim walked me through every type step by step, and answered my millions of questions clearly, and honestly.He never made me feel stupid for not knowing something, which was not the case at other places. The quotes were done quickly as well. We needed a wood insert, and were deciding between a second fireplace; either gas or electric. We feel confident and happy in our decisions.Thanks Tim, for making what I thought would be a very dull and laborious process, into a great experience!

Extremely happy with our new Fireplace - Valor Portrait Ledgeview. It heats our entire main floor and upstairs and doesn't require a noisy fan. Team at Arc has been incredible start to finish with our purchase and install. Highly recommend.

I was having some issues with my 7 year old fireplace. I called Ark on Wednesday and Darcy came by on Friday and fixed everything in a short time. He even cleaned the inside and outside of the unit…..very quick and pleasant service. I highly recommend this business!!
