I found something unusual at Canada Drives - excellent customer service and a great product. I was on vacation in Mexico when I found the car I wanted but I couldn't use their 1-888 number. Everything was handled smoothly - no problems at all. I returned on the weekend and had my car delivered Monday morning. It took no time at all. The car is like new and they even included a full tank of gas!

Well the selling process was pretty dang easy, they offered a very fair price and would pick it up which was a plus, the buying process was.... interesting.The delivery window was scheduled for earlier in the morning as i had a very important meeting later in the afternoon. Shortly before the scheduled time I was informed the driver would be showing up later and closer to my appointment time. Because I had sold them my vehicle and purchased one the insurance was transferred to the new vehicle. When the delivery guy showed up he hopped in, started up the vehicle and drove it off the trailer... just not the right way. After the incident he informed me that he didn't know how to drive a manual vehicle. Obviously I refused delivery, of the vehicle, and because my insurance was transferred to that vehicle I was left without a driveable vehicle to make my appointment, and missed my commerical driving test appointment. Not cool.Had the vehicle dropped off at a shop of my choosing to have it looked at. I told them I wanted something for all the hassle and due to me losing out on a very important driving test and they offered me 150$ gas card.. that was it. I refused and they offered some sort of a deal on the extended warranty for the new vehicle. Because it was exactly what my fiance wanted we went ahead and still purchased the vehicle from them. I was looking to avoid the headaches of a dealership but ended up with more than I bargained for. Overall would not use them again.

Any easy way to buy a car. Friendly staff that was worked hard to get me into the car that I wanted. Picked the vehicle, I wanted late on a Wednesday, and picked it up on a Friday. I showed up a half hour before my scheduled appointment, and they were ready to assist me. Two thumbs up.

We had a great experience trading in my car. They called us quickly after we requested the trade in/purchase online and kept in touch regularly through email/phone communication. Our “new” car was exactly as described and pictured, and it was fantastic to have peace of mind with all the reports completed and the 7 day return policy.For our trade in car, they overvalued it online, as expected. Our recommendation for if you’re serious about trading in your car is to have your car checked ahead of time so that you’re prepared, understand the value of it and are knowledgeable about any issues your car may/may not have so that there are no surprises when/if they try to deduct $. If they think there is an issue that needs to be deducted, they will do it without actually looking at your car to confirm.We loved how simple and quick it was to trade in our car for an upgrade, and we also saved on some of the taxes because of this! They had an on-site insurance company and all the paper work was taken care of for us as well. Overall, Canada Drives made everything convenient compared to trying to sell our car privately or spending time going to a dealership! We have been recommending it to everyone we know.

After several weeks of checking dealers online, only to be disappointed in person, I decided to try Canada Drives. I was surprised by how quickly the process started rolling along. After the application was approved I was contacted and answered more questions about what I was looking for. Within days, they had found a perfect match. More paperwork back and forth and my vehicle was delivered yesterday and my trade in taken away. I would absolutely recommend them and will make use of them again on 4 years.

Very friendly and understanding. .He kept in touch with me all through the whole thing and got me a excellent deal with very low interest. .I now have a good reliable car with a good warranty. .And even delivered to my place..thank you RON KRAHN for everything ..I'm so thankful. Amazing service from these guys, ordered my car on Sunday evening and was approved and had my delivery date Monday afternoon. 4 days later on Friday I received my car, it was in amazing condition cleaned and only took 10 mins to unload and sign the papers, super friendly and honest company, I will be dealing with them again in the future and recommend them.

Their Website mentions that they do not haggle on price. But they do haggle on Price and terms. Mo was worst person to work with.He reduced my car price to around $1500 and declined pickup. So, I end up not selling my car to Canada Drives. I had proofs on email as well. I had business before. I bought 1 car and sold 2 cars before. But Mo (from BC number) had given me worst experience dealing with use to be beautiful company.

So easy!! And the customer service is so AMAZING! I went to a couple dealerships and they rally discouraged me with how slimy and tricky they were trying to be. A friend recommended Canada Drive & it was the EASIEST & BEST experience! I can’t believe how nice and efficient the people were. Will definitely be buying our next vehicle from them and recommending them to others. Rex & Tai did an amazing job.
