Hit and miss with selection and quality. The store seems very full of options, but really, there are slight differences for the sake of filling up the store, it seems.

I have enjoyed shopping at the Masonville location and always find affordable clothing for my teens. I was there on the weekend and found the staff welcoming and friendly. I look forward to continuing to shop at this location and how found that Nada is exceptionally good at her job. Nada is always able to help with proper sizing and ensuring my teens are happy in the clothing we purchase. I will continue to recommend this store to others.

I've had terrible experiences in this store & I won't be going back. Majority of the staff has a terrible attitude, anytime I've had a question I'm made to feel like i'm being a bother. There is usually only one register opened while there are tons of staff standing around. It's beyond chaotic, with both customers and the store itself.

Hi! Thanks for getting back owner! Well, the reason I gave 3 stars to your shop is due to the fact that there was a long line at the check out and only 1 person at the counter. It was difficult for this person to handle many customers, each with multiple items. As a result, those with 2 or 3 items got stuck for ever. I saw couple of them dumping their items and leaving...I had a similar impulse but decided against it. May be, you can look into it? No, it wasn't a week end, it was a Monday!

The worst experience i have ever. First the cashier screamed on me, I don’t know why, might be she had a bad day but this is not the way to treat customer’s like that. She didn’t even say hi or thanks after i purchase the jeans. She make weird face reaction couple times. Cashier number #930520 store#1736 and time 1:05 today 27 April. I would like to request the owner/manager to take action against her. So that she should learn a lesson how to treat customers. Thanks for your consideration.

Terrible experience today at this location. I shop there time to time, and today the changeroom girl had a really bad way on approaching customers, like she doesnt have idea how customer service works, when i told the manager she didnt seem to care just that they less staff, this is no excuse for having such a bad customer service and being rude to customers !

I purchased sweatpants for my boyfriend and turns out they were too small. I wanted to do an exchange but had lost my receipt. Darrell the store manger at Masonville was no help whatsoever and said he would not help me due to no receipt. I find this frustrating as a customer since I did pay and needed an exchange. Now I have sweatpants that are just going to get thrown out or donated? Ridiculous… he could have done an override and provided better customer service.

WORST service. The managers are always yelling at the workers yet the workers are always working hard and so kind. This is so upsetting the management team needs to be changed. But great prices!
