Christine has exceptional customer service. I went to her to purchase a several water tanks for our food truck build and they were able to help us. Christine is timely with her communications and she makes sure all your needs are met. Going into the store also was a very good experience. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was also very kind and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

After making numerous inquiries about where to get 3D printing supplies in Kelowna, I kept hearing about this fellow named Travis that had been brought over from the IPP store in Victoria, to this store, to get the 3D printing sales department up and running. I've heard nothing but good things about Travis and the knowledge that he brought to the store to get everything set up.But when I finally arrived there today, I find out that Travis is apparently still employed there, but no longer ever comes into the store because he works from home". Not sure how someone who works from home is able to interact and talk to customers

For the last 17 years I have been a once in a while customer of Industrial, most recently for some Deckote. When I was researching on Industrial's Google site I was curious and looked at the Google reviews. I was dismayed to see the negative review from 11 months ago.Not going to comment on the veracity of the reviewer but have to say his review is entirely inconsistent with the service I have received or have observed over the years.Always friendly, helpful, informative and polite. Yes I have had to wait my turn to be served on the odd occasion but good service is worth waiting for (not to mention picking up on a few tips listing to them dealing with other customers.)

Appalling service. Manager was rude & abusive. Last few times I went in there had to stand around for over 15 minutes to get any service. Called this morning and was on hold for 15 minutes again! I was told after dropping off something for repairing that that they could fix something for me and then when I showed and they finally helped" me

This business is under new ownership. I have been dealing with the previous owner for years. Following ownership change I went in to look at a few items as I usually do. I was approached by a man who said “can I help you you?” I informed the man I was just looking at the moment. He continued to stand there with his arms crossed Staring at me. The uncomfortable feeling finally became too much and I asked if I could help him… at which point he told me he was going to stand there and watch me if he wanted because he was the new owner.Needless to say I left and have not returned. Another great small business destroyed by faceless a corporation.

Easy five star, everyone I spoke with was super polite. They told me it would take a week to make custom sneeze guard for my cafe and then got it done in 3 days! Really reasonably priced also. Thanks so much!
