I've been several times, but the most recent instead of hot chocolate as ordered I got hot, brown coloured water instead. It's been fine both times before, and everything else this time was good; I believe whatever machine they use was likely out of flavouring.

Massive discrimination in this franchise!!!!! The customer service varies according to the ethnicity of the customer which is just horrible. I had been visiting this franchise for over a year. I've noticed this each and every time - if it's the Filipinos serving it's well and they are very polite and with prompt customer service..they do not seems to be biased at all..whereas in case of North Indians they always treat fellow Indians especially South Indians with very bad and rude attitude. While I went there they made me wait several times, never greeted and takes order with a impolite and rude attitude. While I'm observing them, they greet the next customers and the ones before very well if they are Canadians or any non-indian. Incredibly shocking DOUBLE-STANDARDS!!!! Worst part is this happens each and every time and it's really ANNOYING!Also in terms of hiring there were many south Indians who applied but the north Indians who are already working there would never even consider them for an interview even with better part time skills and backgrounds. Tim Hortons must put a check on the attitudes of these north Indian employees.

Amazing job by harpreet kaur at castlegar Tom Hortons. What a delicious way to present grill cheese. Thank you so much for making my evening. Definitely driving back from trail again to enjoy this meal.

I am from the United States and I have to say these are the best dunks in the world they are fresh. Today I tried a bagel that thing was so soft and good. If you come to Canada look for it's him important we will not be disappointed

I keep trying but they have the worst service and are impolite.There was one lady that actually said hello welcome to Tim Hortons how can I help you! I think her name was Kierra maybe. Out of every encounter their she was the friendliest one ever.

Staff is good for the most part. Why is you bagel selection so boring? Every other Tim Hortons has a wide selection and this one has (4 cheese) great….

My first visit to Canada.. I use to play an online game and there was this woman who swore by her timmies". I'm assuming it's their version of Starbucks or Dutch Bros here in the states. So I had to stop in while I was there. Friendly staff

They mess up EVERY TIME this time they microwaved a chicken wrap, tomato and all, and forgot 3 of my items. I had to wait 10 minutes in drive through because they didn't give us a receipt either . . . At least their donuts aren't always stale

It seems like it's a brand new restaurant. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was very clean and had lots of tables for our group to sit at. Service was very fast and they made really nice Americano decaf.
