Courtney is an amazing nutritionist. I have some energy struggles and conditions I am personally dealing with. She was able to help me visualize where I could be in the future which inspired me to eat better and improve my eating habits. She provided me with solutions on how to loose weight safely and reduce inflammation in my body from processed foods. She is knowledgeable and cost effective which was a perk and then I received more information than I thought I would which set me up for success with my personal nutrition program!!!Thank you Courtney for your hard work it has made my life better, and I am regaining the energy I once had when I was a youth!!!Justin
