Radstyle Cycle and Proshop

This guy is amazing, I totally forgot to bring my skis in advance of our trip in the new year. Jaysun stayed late on New Year’s Eve to tune and wax our skis for us! Can’t thank you enough sir. I will be bringing my stuff to you every time and recommend to everyone I know. Thanks for the great service!

To say this local shops owner/mechanic is amazing would be an understatement. Quality work, fair prices, and for a busy shop the repairs to my bike were unreal as far as speed and miracles performed. Recommend, appreciated and worth a detour to get your gear blessed by Radstyle.

My skate inside edge was messed up somehow, and after several games and sharpenings at other places I still couldn't turn left. I brought my skates to Radstyle and they noticed that a cross-grind wasn't done when I bought new blades. They fixed my blades and now I can turn left again. I'm bringing my skates here every time now.

I was very pleased to find out there is now a local sports repair shop in Beaumont! Jay tuned up my skis with a one day delivery, no more driving back and fourth to the city and waiting 1-2 weeks for service! I also dropped off mike bikes to get them tuned up before spring hits. Thanks for the great service and quality workmanship Rad style!

Amazing service! Jay worked his magic on my brakes and dropper post and my hands are so much happier.The whole experience was the best bike related stop I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely do all future bike and ski work at Rad Cycle.

(Edited review)In March I brought my snowboard in to be waxed and my bike in, to have the brakes trouble shooted as they were leaking fluid out of the levers and also look into having a new fork installed. The snowboard was waxed and ready in a couple days for my trip to marmot.I didn't follow up about the bike until the end of May as I knew the shop was busy and didn't want to bother them. Sounds like a misunderstanding on my part as the Rad cycle was waiting for me to look into forks and to purchase one.Jay was great and looked into forks for me and gave me a discount on the one we went with.The fork arrived on a Wednesday and got installed Friday evening; I picked up the bike on the following Tuesday. The fork and the install looked great. I asked about the brakes and what the problem was and was told they were bled as that was what was requested. When I got the bike home the brakes leaked all the fluid out after a 30sec ride.The shop does get very busy with many customers utilizing Rad cycles services and Jay will make sure to get the work done.I should have followed up sooner and been more clear/direct in my request for trouble shooting. The leaking brakes did frustrate me but it would be unfair to discount the other positives of Rad cycle.(Jay you are right in your reply, I was frustrated when I gave my original review and have edited it to give a more accurate account of my experience dealing with Rad cycle.)

I’m really happy we have bicycle shop in our town. He knows a lot about bikes and goes the extra mile to save you money. I’m going to be buying all supplies through him to help him keep his business flowing

Jay did a great job routing a new cable and hooking up my new dropper post (after I made an horrible attempt at doing it myself haha). He got it done in a great time frame and his prices can’t be beat. He is honest and doesn’t upsell you on parts and work you don’t need. His knowledge and love for biking definitely shows.

We had a wonderful experience with the owner Jason. We bought a second-hand bike for my nephew who recently came from Ukraine. Jason has done lots of work to fix his bike and didn’t charge us any money for that. And we’ve got a discount for my daughter’s bike. We are very happy with his work. Awesome shop. The owner really knows his stuff, cares deeply and is passionate about the sport. Always seeing him going above a beyond with customers every time I go in. Went out of his way to help me research and find the best bike for me. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
