Tried Darbar on a recommendation from a friend who raved about the food. I was not disappointed at all. Food was very authentic Indian and even my picky teenage daughter loved what we ordered Hint, Hint Mango Lasse. I spent time in India years ago and I can say this food is authentic and very good. The mango chicken curry, Aloo Gobi( curry potatoes and cauliflower) Naan and veggie pakora were all great. Can't wait to try more things on the menu. Definitely a hidden Gem in warman, worth the drive out from the city

Darbar Restaurant Warman
We ate here on May 25th and were absolutely delighted with the complex and exotic flavours of the various dishes we ordered. The mango lassi was smooth, sweet and subtly spiced. The mango beef and coconut pepper chicken were just the right heat level (done to your liking) and rich with sauce and spices. Coconut rice - amazing. Garlic naan was crispy tender and yummy. The service was friendly and prompt. This is a destination restaurant in Warman. If you live in Saskatoon or the surrounding areas make this your next dinner out.

An excellent restaurant with a surprising menu. Really enjoyed the butter chicken with naan bread. Now visited twice with great reviews both times. If u are like me, the mild spice is just perfect.

If you like Indian food and I mean authentic tasting Indian food, you have to try this new restaurant.The chef understands how to balance bringing out the flavours of the spices and injecting the heat to slowly build without over powering the spices. The food is fresh, flavourful and colourful.We had the Butter Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, Lamb Biryani, Darbar Grill and amazing Garlic Naan. We had the food prepared with Medium heat and it was a good level for those that don't want it too hot. For four people who like to eat, we felt comfortable but still had room for dessert.The atmosphere of the restaurant takes you quietly to India and the servers will make you feel welcomed.Treat yourself and your senses to this new restaurant, you will be very pleased.

I Highly recommend this place . Took the family to check it out tonight and the Food and Service was Excellent . We had Samosa’s and shrimp pakora for appetizers, Then garlic and butter naan, Zeera rice , beef vindallo , coconut pepper chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala for the main course and it was all delicious ! I never write reviews but these guys deserve a good one because we finally have a restaurant in Warman that serves delicious quality food!

Do yourself a flavour favour and eat here! We ordered takeout butter chicken, coconut pepper chicken, shrimp vindaloo, and the veggie samosas and it was all so good!! Mild spice is perfect for the average Caucasian (like me). If you can handle some heat go with medium. Takeout was ready in the 25 minutes given and service was very friendly.
