The customer service was very nice during my purchase in store. I left my wedding tie in the shop, the staff tried to contact me, kept it for the second day and waited for me to come back to pick it. I thanks to the gentleman without asking his name. It is a great company with nice staff working inside.

My wife likes to go here to get soap. There is this exfoliating scrubber that is made of recycled plastic that we both love using. Unfortunately, the lady who makes it has retired and we have been searching various stores to purchase the existing stock.

There was only one staff in the store. She kept recommending the products to a customer while there were 2 other customers waiting to pay. The staff didn't acknowledge the other 2 customers (I was one of them) at all. I waited for 5 minutes and left. Poor employee training and service.

Great customer service here and never felt uncomfortable from them trying to upsell me. Usually they would ask me questions first and try to understand my needs. I have been a membership of theirs for a long time and have been loving Drops of Youth serum and Oils of Life which I cannot live without. Their hand moisturizers and body lotion are great too especially hemp and shea collection.

Amena from Egypt was the best. She was really engaging, encouraging, and down-to-earth. Gave out lots and lots of helpful skincare tips. The service was excellent! I wish all salespersons are like her.

Price charged at checkout was higher than price on display. When I pointed it out, the staff person wasn’t helpful in adjusting to the lower price listed and just asked me to pay the higher price. Had received a coupon by email and the staff person first said that the coupon will not work in the store even though the coupon had printed on it that the coupon is applicable online and on-store. The store manager was called after some persuasion and applied the coupon. However, the staff person still charged the higher price than that showing on the display and didn’t get the manager to adjust to the price shown on display.

First time in the body shop. I had been given the tea tree face cleanser as a gift and wanted to repurchase. I went in the body shop they had a deal on for to for 20%off got the tea tree face cleanser and also the tee tree foam cleanser as a change of pace. And while there they quickly signed me up for there points membership program was very quick no wait. A very nice laid out store I enjoyed speaking to the staff there.
