Millwall Roofing

Millwall roofing should be part of your roofing project candidates. My house is three storages above ground (really high) with incredible steep roofs and has weird protrusions. Thus, requiring a lot of manpower, technical skills and patience to deal with. Prior to signing with Millwall roofing, I have gotten quotes from five other contractors yet none of them I feel comfortable to go with. Some quoted at really high price with cheap material, some quoted at lower price but has quite a bit of leak complaints, some are not as transparent with their scope of work, and others received complains of owners having problems with the workers. Admittedly, Millwall was not the cheapest option, but for the price I got good quality mid-tier shingles with one of the top shingle manufactures (Malarkey), as well as workmanship that echoed with other google reviews. Despite we encountered several obstacles throughout the job, crew was open to communicate and addressed my concerns in the utmost professional matter. Darrell, the owner is a very honest, patient and reassuring person who will not leave the job or his client with no closure. Overall, if you are hesitant on which contractor to hire, I would recommend Millwall. One unrelated note, please leave Darrell’s Toyota Tacoma alone. It is an old truck but it is a good truck.

Darrell and his crew at Millwall roofing replaced our relatively large roof in North Vancouver. I found Darrell professional , friendly, and fair. He responded very quick and the scheduling for changing the roof was very fast. Millwall provided best shingle in the market (Malarkey Legacy) and the new roof looks great. We had an eight year old leaky roof and we weren't sure whether to replace our roof or to have it repaired. We were very disappointed that we had problems after re-roofing our house in 2014!We contacted Darrell at Millwall and he suggested that we have an independent roof inspection done.After we had the roof inspection done, we got in touch with Darrell again for a new roof installation quote. He was very fair with his quote and also suggested that we replace our gutters as well (they were also leaking). We received a quote from him and the work was done in a timely manner. Our roof sprang a leak in the recent storm and Millwall were able to throw a tarp over the same day, which was amazing!As our roof was over 20yrs old, it was an easy choice as to who to choose to install the new one. Millwall were very affordable and offered us lots of options. They also replaced the roof a few days after we signed the quote and were done in 2 days. We now have a waterproof, beautiful looking roof that will last for another 20 yrs.A great company to work with - professional, timely and effecient!

Darrell responded quickly with my request for a roof repair that caused a leak in my ceiling. The repair was done before the next rain as promised and I was very happy with the work done. He made sure I was completely satisfied.

I am very satisfied with their service. Darrell was the only roofing company owner who actually climbed up to inspect and walk on the roof before reporting on its condition. His team replaced my roof and worked hard to finish as quickly as they could. They cleaned up fallen old tiles continually and left no debris behind. Darrell is very pleasant to deal with and gave me good advice; he answered all my questions fully. In fact his professional and polite style were the reasons I awarded him my job.

Darrell and his team at Millwall Roofing did a great job replacing our roof! We sought multiple different quotes and Millwall was in the middle price-wise, but for the price that included much higher quality materials than anyone else was offering. We had also heard strong recommendations from another contractor in support of Darrell, including that he is an honest and decent guy who is dependable and does great work... that perfectly aligns with our experiences too. His team was prompt and professional, they kept the site clean, and the new roof looks great. The only minor issue we had was some plants in a flowerbed that got a bit damaged from the debris, but they should hopefully pop back. Overall, we're glad we went with Millwall and highly recommend them to others.
