I had the most amazing service from Jondalar the manager. First I was impressed by his knowledge of the sound products they sold (so rare nowadays to find someone that doesnt just read the box back to you). Then when I ran into a problem with something I purchased online, both he and the owner solved it for me as if they had sold me the product themselves. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this Source location.

I think they need to hire more staff at their Humboldt location. Everytime I go there they are short staffed and take forever to be helped. Went there today on Boxing Day with only two staff working. They were both helping customers with new phones. I grabbed what I needs quickly to wait in line to help. Ended up walking out. They need a designated area for helping with phones and another designated area helping customers with other purchases. I should not have to wait half another for a simple purchase.

Super helpful and informative. Great place to buy and set up electronics. They have even used their own time after hours on several occasions to assist me in setting up devices and other electronics. Highly recommend.

I went in on multiple occasions to upgrade phones on my bell account. I had great service and was helped right away. I have since been in multiple times and always get great service. Keep it up.

My mother-in-law and wife were in there today and I was told that they started helping her setup a new phone and went to go get the phone. Blew her off and started helping someone else and ignored my mother-in-law and wife for over 20mins. They ended up walking out because of it. Bad customer service in my mind. And prob lost customers as well in the process of it. Way to go The Source. Train your staff better

I went in today to buy a cable. The lone employee was on the computer. I have no problem with this, so I stood about 6 feet in front of her and patiently waited. Half a minute later, another customer came in the store and walked up to her and asked her a question. She immediately started to help him. I stood there, just looking at these two and wondered when I became invisible. I left. Other stores have what I need.

I feel like asking if the store was open 12pm - 5pm on Sunday, When I came to The Source today (July 18, 2021), it was closed after 12pm. I checked every time we went out of the store but The Source was still closed at 1pm. Is the lunch break “extending”? Or is it closed without a notice?
