I can't say enough good things about Captivating. I love this place! Dr. Zwanepoel, Stefan, and the entire team are amazing. From treatments to skin care products, any questions or concerns have been addressed thoroughly. This team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels taken care of!

Very thankful to find Dr. Z and Stefan at Captivating and team on my health and wellness journey. I traveled from Vancouver to meet with the team and I was blown away as they actually takes the time to get to know YOU with in depth consultation (you cant get that in today's medical system). We got to the root of my health and Stefan prescribed a plan to get back to where I need to be!Result= life changed! I HIGHLY recommend Captivating Aesthetics!

This was my initial appointment with Dr Z. She is very welcoming and gets to know you. She is extremely knowledgeable about the skin and how skin can be healed from the deepest level upwards. I have rosacea and am happy to have been informed about creams that can be used in sequence each day to start the healing process.Deborah H

I brought my teen son to see Dr Z for hypersensitive skin issues - she was amazingly thorough at explaining directly to him why his skin is the way it is - and how to fix it. She gave him hope and with a gentle firmness - let him know how and what she expects of him as her patient!I also see Stefan for help with my hormones and how I’ve been feeling - and just about 40 days in now - am feeling amazing and so much better - his explanations were also spot on and he was also clear in his expectations of me as a patient.Look forward to continued help from them both!!!

I had a few very disappointing experience with this skin clinic. While Dr. Z was knowledgeable and friendly, the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired.The front desk staff is incredibly disorganized. In just a few months, they changed their booking policy three times. The first time I booked, there was no booking fee holding and they said the appointment period is the standard 24 hours. The second time I booked, they asked for a $75 booking fee which would be credited to the treatment payment, and the $75 would not be returned if you canceled within 72 hours. The third time I booked, they asked me to pay the full treatment fee as the booking fee to secure a spot. This inconsistency is frustrating and shows a lack of organization.Furthermore, their Botox follow-up policy is not up to standard. I have done Botox at other skin clinics before and it is standard to fix it for free if there is still movement after two weeks. However, at this clinic, I was asked to pay for another 10 units of Botox two weeks after my treatment to smooth out wrinkles.Lastly, the staff is also disorganized when it comes to gift cards. I bought some gift cards mainly for Botox treatment, but when I started to use them, they told me that the nurses who did the Botox treatments were no longer working there. As a result, they were charging $11 per unit of Botox instead of the $9 per unit that I had purchased the gift card for. This meant that my gift card had instantly depreciated by 20%, which is very disappointing.Overall, I would not recommend this clinic. While Dr. Z is great, the disorganization of the rest of the staff made my experiences with them frustrating and disappointing. I would give this clinic one star, but I am leaving two stars due to Dr. Z's expertise.

I am so thankful for Dr. Candace Zwanepoel and Stefan Zwanepoel. I have been a patient now for a few years and they have helped me so much with my skin and ageing gracefully as well as with my hormones and chronic illness. It is amazing the compassion and knowledge that they bring to each of their patient consultations and I feel they really take the time to listen and come up with practical solutions. I felt very comfortable with my treatment plans, and have benefited immensely from them. I was finally able to get solutions to problems that have been bothering me for years. I highly recommend Captivating, for anyone who is interesting and making positive changes to their health and well-being.

I went in for a treatment, however Dr. Zwanepoel spoke with me about other options and ideas. I left with some of the best advice on my health that I have ever been given as well as a treatment plan.I cannot give a high enough recommendation for her knowledge and genuine care are outstanding.Thank you so much from a happy client.
