I chose Core Real Estate because of their amazing reputation and the fact that they are heavily involved with community events and programs. I was looking for a home on a specific street in Yorkton for over 6 months. Core Real Estate was amazing, they door knocked several homes in the area that I wanted to live, and eventually found me the house I wanted. Furthermore, the buying process was smooth and effortless. It is shameful that this agency states on its website that it provides its clients with the highest level of business standard, serving you with knowledge, professionalism, trust, integrity and skill. Their CEO, Corey Werner failed at all of these claims. I question how you can then lead a team? We have a property in Yorkton that needs to be sold. I spoke with Corey who agreed to provide a fair market value in an acceptable amount of time. I followed up when I had not received it in that time frame. He told me he needed more time to get it done. He misled me to believe that he was trustworthy, professional and had integrity. It has been weeks and I have not heard back from him.........

Great Company to work with, helped me from start to Finish!

We have had a very disappointing experience. We required an appraisal and were told it would be done the following week. Our initial call was on June 22nd. Three weeks later, we have nothing and Corey has not been returning our calls. We have wasted three weeks and are going with a different firm. We would not recommend this company.
