the staff here are so sweet & kind.i have gotten filler at different places before, but none of the other surgeons have been as good as Dr. Kim. she is just wonderful, her work is amazing! i seriously recommend her to anyone looking for reasonably priced fillers with fantastic results.

I had a few cysts removed a while back. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Dr Meathrel was amazing. She gave me all the infomation I needed. She never seemed in a rush and she was always very professional and kind. Her work was top notch. The procedure was quick, efficient and painless. Her incisions were so precise that you can hardly see a scar. I also didn't have to wait long to get the appointment, even being in thick of the pandemic at the time. It was a terrific experience and I absolutely recommend her to anyone in need.

I have had Nurse Shelby do botox for me over the last year and at my last visit a facial! She is always professional and careful to take her time to ensure the best results. Highly recommend her! Thanks Shelby!

Dr. Kim Meathrel is professional, kind, patient, accommodating, and took all the time needed answering every one of my questions to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible. I have had 3 appointments with her thus far, and have always had a very pleasant experience with both her and the staff there as well. Dr. Meathrel has made me feel more confident in myself than I have in a long time. I wont be booking appointments anywhere else!

The receptionist was friendly, kind and welcoming. The space was clean and bright. Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I’ve had my lips injected before and they by far look the best after going to bespoke! The whole process was painless and quick!

I was not blessed with good facial structure. Ive always strongly disliked how fat is distributed in my face, even as a teen. With any weight gain at all my face showed it the most especially in my jowls which resulted in deep divots in my pre-jowl sulcus. As I've aged, it's only gotten worse even though I'm at a healthy/thin weight. I have a lot of filer in my pre-jowl sulcus to even things out, which helps but not nearly enough and I was ready for a more permanent solution.I had Facetite/Morpheus8 with local freezing and nitrous oxide on May 11th with Dr Meathrel at Bespoke Skin MD. The procedure went really well, the staff including the receptionist and the nurses are wonderful. My nurse was so attentive and made me so comfortable. Dr Meathrel (Dr Kim as she likes to be called!) is lovely and so very skilled. She was incredibly attentive, meticulous and encouraging all throughout.I’m now one week out and can’t wait to see the final results!

In so far as the quality of the service, I cannot fairly evaluate, other than I had a bump of skin cancer removed and it re-appeared. Perhaps this is common - I don't know. Their practice is difficult to find as the entire huge shopping center has one address and GPS navigation is poor in this location. The reception botched 2/3 appointments. The last visit, they claimed my appointment was the following day after a 1 1/2 hour trip. The receptionist left me in the sitting room for ten minutes whom disappeared into the operating area with no explanation of where or why she was leaving. I was quite upset at their repeat errors and assertively expressed my displeasure at their lack of accountability and then apologized and left. Apparently they called the police rather than try to find a mutual solution. Ridiculous. I won't be coming back to be treated like common cattle. In response to the alleged profanities - none were spoken - simply a lie to defend their perspective. The receptionist disappeared into the back - with no instructions - I felt behooved to call her to understand whats happening after 10 minutes - again, they expect you wait patiently - simply no people skills and respect for common people that may be in a lot of pain - like myself. Typical, rather than to understand what has happened -they defend their errors -a bit of honesty and cooperation would go a long way in that office.

Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing! I went yesterday for a consultation and treatment (Botox) and felt very well taken care of. The office is a beautiful, clean space and the assistant, May, and Dr. Kim are both lovely and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back!
