10 stars!! Firstly, I received the best customer service! The owner (Fotis) is professional, courteous and accommodated my schedule. Secondly, the coat, shoes & boots I purchased were of the highest quality, reasonably priced and custom made in a manner you don’t see these days in major retail shops. I highly recommend you visit this specialized shop (both mens and women's outerwear) in Port Credit. I, for one, plan on returning very soon for gloves and a handbag.

My experience at the fur shop was one of a kind. The owner is very experienced and attentive. He was able to help me find the right fit for my style and personality. He is very frank, candid and kind. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I recently had my fur coat made longer. It was a three quarter length but I wanted it made longer just below the knee. He did a fantastic job. I also had a new lining put in and new hooks. The price was fantastic, a package deal. He is a very friendly guy. I love my new coat.

They don’t make people like Fotis anymore, and for a long time!!!.. one of the greatest furriers I’ve come across in my lifetime. He is a honest and dedicated artist of furs & leathers and puts an extended amount of care into his craft and customers.

My wife had two fur coats that needed some alterations/ storage... I live in the Niagara region and all the fur stores out our way have all closed due to the owners retiring. I went on a search and came across Bazinas Furs. I decided to contact them. In doing so my call was answered by the owner Mr. Foti Bazinas which made me happy to know right off the bat that I was in good hands! Foti took the time to answer all my questions with such knowledge and understanding. He has been in the fur business his entire life and is a hands on operator.A few days later my wife and I visited Bazinas Furs and met with the owner Foti for the first time. He welcomed us and gave us customer service excellence. He immediately knew upon seeing the fur coats what alterations were needed to be performed all at an unbelievable price for everything including storage. It was certainly worth the drive out! The owner Mr.Bazinas looks after you from the minute you call or walk in the door... his passion in the fur business is displayed in all that he does. Thank You Foti for taking care of us! Honest and frank and the best quality you can ever ask for. Owner is knowledgeable and highly experienced! I also learned lots of life lessons by just an hour that I was there! The best!

This store is absolutely incredible. If there was any way to rate it more out of 5 stars, I would. The owner (Fotiis) keeps a steady and clear level of correspondence, and can help you get products and brands you need if it isn't already in stock. On my end, I was able to get a hard-to-find pair of Stacey Abrams loafers from here. Fotiis really went out of his way to find and special order them, and they arrived in a reasonable time.I highly recommend this place. It definitely deserves all the praise that it gets.

Fotis is the salt of the earth, honest, trustworthy and delivers the highest quality work. He has an eye for fashion and a master craftsman who loves his work. I bought some Manitoba Mukluks and was very satisfied with the service I received. He is an old style craftsman in a modern world. A great find .
