Jamais été fan d'aller chez le dentiste, mais je suis bien contente d'avoir trouvé ceux-ci.Je sais maintenant quand je vais au dentiste, je vais avoir un bon temps avec Dre Elissa Nacouzi et son assistante (j'ai pas enregistré son nom... I am so happy to have found this dental centre. Both Dr’s Joanna and Elissa Nacouzi are excellent dentists and I recommend them highly. The assistants and office staff are excellent as well.

Be careful with dr Desjardins secretary. This women is very unprofessional .put you hidden Extra charge. Even the treatment you did not get. She gonna put your bill. It's trap.

The staff is super friendly, secretary quick and effective, I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment and so far they have done a very competent job on my teeth. Would recommend!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I would not recommend this dentist to anybody.The assistant was polite and helpful but the dentist is an old-dog, rigid, and only interested in repeating what he does for decades. He is not offering a person-centered health care. For example, I tried to explain that the reason for my visit was a sensation of pressure in a tooth, not pain. He responded saying well where is the pain? He did not ask anything about my pressure sensation! He wanted to perform a full head X-ray before even starting to see my problem. etc. I am a physician, and I know this is not the way to perform a diagnosis and plan a good treatment.I doubted this dentist could help with my problem, so left his office.

Dr Elissa Nacouzi was wonderful and truly cares about her patients. I was impressed by her effectiveness and my treatment was professionally delivered. She was prepared to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend this dentist clinic!
