Robinsons is second to none for their fantastic customer service and expertise. I am a repeat customer and am continually blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are, from the big products to the small. The fact that they are a local business is the cherry on top. Make this your first stop for your outdoor gear! You will not be disappointed! PS. Don’t forget to check out the epic clearance rack upstairs.

Robinson's was reluctant to take back the $350 Patagonia Down Sweater they'd sold me that had a hole in it with down pushing out. They tried to convince me that holes in down jackets are normal"

This is my favourite store and I have bought all my hiking equipment here. This store is huge and has a second floor. Amazing staff as they provide knowledge and experience and wonderful customer service.

The place is fantastic. It has a wide range of outdoor gear and clothing from the most specialized to general outdoor wear at a high level of quality. The service is knowledgeable and excellent. One of the family who i imagine is part of the ownership of the store took time from her day to search for an item for my wife, she enthusiastically assisted my wife picking clothing for extreme weather who has great difficulty finding her size as she is quite petite. Highly recommend to stop by here if you are an experienced outdoors person or simply dabbling in weekend adventure. I see why they have been in business over 90 years.

Very good service. I bought new hiking boots. I told them what I was looking for, I was brought 3 different pairs and tried on and selected the ones I wanted. So much better than self serve shoe stores!
