“Ms Kamran“ from “Walter Roberts Insurance Company” has always been great with helping me with my overall insurance needs based on her professional, broad and up to date insurance knowledge and skills.I absolutely can not imagine a better insurance provider!

Stay clear of these brokers! They have no clue what they are doing here. They had me paying premiums for which I apparently could not be covered for since March 2018! Then they had me renew this covered in September with the assumption that I would be covered going forward only to come back and tell me I’m still not covered. Furthermore, they are still deducting the premiums from my account when they told me they deleted my coverage! What scammers! On top, they won’t return my calls or emails! BEWARE and find a more reputable broker. What’s hilarious is that I have found 3 other brokerages that received confirmation in writing from their insurance companies that I could indeed be covered! Walter Roberts obviously has no clue what they are doing! I now need to fight back for all the premiums I have paid them without even receiving the coverage, they are theives.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Do NOT use this company. They are incompetent, unprofessional, take zero ownership for their mistakes and completely screw their clients. I have a full paper trail of all the massive errors that were made, which have created undue stress and strife for me. I wouldn’t use this company if they PAID me to use them. It is one thing to make mistakes, but at least if you take ownership and resolve them that’s a step in the right direction. This company is poorly run from the top down. They’re crooks and BAD at business. Will say it one more time for good measure — DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE! You will regret it.

Deciding on an insurance company is no small matter. These are the people you depend on when things are at their worst and it is important to have individuals you can count on!As you can see from the 5 starts, I believe Westland meets this very high bar. BRENDA and KAREN are a phone call away for the questions I have and the challenges I need their advice on. We receive great pricing and great service from Westland, but more importantly, we have peace of mind.Work with this company with confidence!

I have no idea why W.R. is a 3*. We use Fatemeh and she is amazing. Very responsive. Got us out of a pickle on a couple of occasions and works hard to find the right balance of value and price. Her first and second name should be 'Customer Service'.She's knows what she's talking, she's well connected, she's funny and she cares.Highly Recommended

Terrible Insurance Broker for Unica. I Asked for a renewal quote and the broker was dishonest. We went to market and that's the best rate". I received a substantially better rate from an actual broker that handles insurance from multiple insurance companies. Ended up saving over $1

Since the early 1980s Walter Roberts has been my insurance broker. Unlike several that initially rejected me for auto insurance, solely because I was a separated woman (which, one agent confided, was standard practice: such women were perceived as “unstable!”), WR eschewed such sexism. Subsequently every WR agent with whom I’ve done business has promptly, courteously and comprehensively addressed my concerns, in conjunction with Intact Insurance, which provides excellent service and quick payment for the following claims for which we had coverage: residential fire and smoke damage; several stolen bikes, and 2 cars wiped out in minor accidents. Insurance is not cheap so occasionally I call around to compare prices. I’ve yet to be convinced that any minor differences, if they exist, would compensate for the relatively hassle-free service we’ve received. Finally a call-out here to Ms. Javier, our long-term stellar WR broker!

I have been using Walter Roberts for many years and recently needed to get auto insurance. I talked to Shirlyn and she is amazing to work with! I told her what we were looking for, and she got me multiple quotes to compare! We were on a really tight turnaround time to get it and she worked super quickly to get it all set up for us! I was so impressed at how fast she responded and how kind she was when I had tons of questions. I would highly recommend Walter Roberts, and in particular working with Shirlyn - she's amazing!
