Gave John $750.00 for work which he did not complete. “Took my money and ran” Now won’t even return a text. Terrible professionalism especially after taking $750.00. Small claims court it is!Oh and don’t worry John, I have the proof that I did in fact email transfer to your son Ryan $750 so don’t try that I only paid $700 lie.Bottom line is, you did next to nothing that you were PAID half to begin and then ignored all of my requests to make things right. Awful business that you run and terrible customer service that you would act that way. All I wanted was for my family mausoleum to be cleaned and caulked so my relatives could Rest In Peace and you unfortunate ruined that for me. Luckily I didn’t give you the full amount. You took my $750/ did hardly anything that would merit that amount then avoided my calls and texts. Awful way to run a business in my opinion. Sleep well.

We bought an old house in Kingston that required quite a bit of Mansonery work. We interviewed four companies and chose to work with Pacheco. They were extremely honest, charged us reasonably and did a 100 percent satisfactory job, all while we were never there! Job was done in time and they were always very responsive. This was a great experience. We subsequently brought our Toronto contractor to do some interior work and even he was extremely impressed with their work!

I love, love, love these guys!!! The quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. John definitely knows what he is doing and went above and beyond what we expected! We had parging done on our house, a hole repaired and a new front step. See the before and after pictures. Great quality for a great price!
