Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have come to enterprise Sarnia many times. I have disabilities and sometimes I have a hard time communicating what I need. They help me out.Last month my kid's dad was diagnosed with cancer and had to go out of town for treatments. On-top of it a week before Christmas I buried my best friend and lost my sister in law days before Christmas. The staff gifted me a vehicle at an amazing price for Christmas holidays to help my grandkids see their Grampa at Christmas. Mind you the roads interfered but with everything but it made me feel cared about and helped me with my faith made things so much easier.. I'd especially like to thank Matt Kraeft and Harish Thakkalapelly for being so kind and considerate. The company is lucky to have employees like you.

I rented a car online from Enterprise weeks ago. I have a confirmation number. I was to rent Friday afternoon to Monday but was unable due to work to pick up Friday. By the time I realized and called the office was closed. I went first thing Saturday morning before the office opened. They had no car for me! How is that even possible? They said they held it to the end of the day but I had rented until Monday! So unprofessional. This caused hardship all weekend.

Our family had an awesome service and a very generous upgrade when our car was at the auto shop for service for over a week. Friendly crew at E. Rent-A-Car on Confederation St. in Sarnia

Unclear rental policy. They make up rules on the spot about additional requirements for ID which is not on the website or in any terms and conditions. Apparently I need a passport to rent a car which is nonsense just some woman having a bad day and making up rules. Never again.

Lack of communication and unprofessional management never go here. I was forced to by my insurance company and worst experience ever rude, unprofessional, Hygiene questionable. Just steer clear for your safety and peace of mind.

Enterprise (Sarnia) is easily the finest rental facility I have ever used. I rent about 10-15 times per year and these folks are flawless. Always friendly, prompt, cheerful, attentive and focused on exactly what I need/want. I had dealings with Preet Dhami @ ENTERPRSE car rental. He was first class, and supplied me with a nice clean SUV. Picking me up and delivering me back to my residence when finished. Customer service is top notch! I've never rented a cargo van before and would rent from here again. Curtis was amazing. Would be the first place I go to rent again!
