The last two times entering this business I have no been greeted, the same employee was working both times. She was overly friendly to all other costumers so a bit weird. First impression are so important this was overall bad experience.

Great local shop with a large selection which ranges from casual to more glamourous items. All good quality, higher end pieces. I recently bought an outfit for gala and got a ton of compliments all night long. The fall assortment in the store had me wanting to buy everything. Worth popping into before or after your brunch on whyte ave.

I went in yesterday and the customer service was awful yet again. No one greeted me, but I was met with glaring side eye. If you dont look like their usual client, be prepared to be ignored. This is not the first time and I have started to dread wanting to go in and shop. At one point I had to move out of the way for a charging employee that didn't acknowledge me at all. I laughed out loud at how ridiculous it was. Its unfortunate from a local business that has great (high price point) clothes.

Ordered a sweater from Bamboo Ballroom for my wife for Christmas. Payed on Apple Pay and forgot to change my shipping address(I have recently moved for work). Product was shipped out to my old address the next day. I got an email saying it was delivered. I phoned and spoke to the sweetest person on the phone, they went above a beyond to help me out and ended up getting the package back and sent out to my correct address the very next day!! Great customer service! Super helpful and kind!!

I’ve been shopping here for 9+ years and have always had the best experiences! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have fun pieces as well as quality basics. As someone who usually dreads trying things on I’ve always felt very comfortable here :)

perhaps the floor staff need retail etiquette lessons... as much as I love the merch and look forward to treating myself to a few new items every so often, I honestly dread going in because the staff are often - if not, almost every time I've gone to shop, they have been - so judgmental and unfriendly.

Staff was cold and unfriendly. I would go so far as to say I felt unwelcome. It was disappointing, as I have been supporting local businesses for my holiday shopping. I was prepared to spend $300 on gift cards today but decided to take my business elsewhere. The primary purpose of my visit was to pick up an online order. I would give zero stars.We were in Bamboo ballroom today (Strathcona) location. Unbelievably rude staff, not a hello, not anything, no assistance at all, we were there for over a half hour, shopping thruout the entire store, we ended up leaving & not even a good bye, absolutely no interaction whatsoever. I was going to buy a few things but due to the rudeness of the staff, I honestly couldn't be bothered making a purchase.
