It took quite a long time to make. Probably 5 minutes per key. I got 3 copies made of the same key. The keys came out rough. I could feel jagged metal from the cutting process. I stuck them in the hole that said it was for cleaning up the keys, but it did nothing. I will clean them up myself with a wire brush. The keys all worked, so that's the important part. They seemed kind of pricey, but it has been awhile since I have gotten copies made.

The lady answering the phone was unfriendly and disinterested. She told me a technician would contact me and then later she called me to tell me there’s no one in the area that can help and I should call someone else. And as I said “it’s ok I got it open already” she hung up on the word “open”. Lol. Thanks lady

This is ridiculous. I did not say anything rude and just asking if the can make a key manually with the key blank but she just finished the call without saying anything. Rude worker.
