Useless and annoying. I deposited a bank draft and manager unwilling to release my funds for over a week from now. They released a small portion of what I could have had immediately available by mobile deposit of a personal cheque. Absurd that an in-person presented bank draft from another chartered bank is allowed 1/5 the immediate available funds as an app mobile deposit of a personal cheque image.If I stay with TD, will be sure to use another branch. The TD app, an atm, or speaking to a random lightpost would be more useful than wasting time at this branch.

horrible hours, ATM isn’t accessible 24 hours, they (the tellers) literally can’t deposit cash if the ATM doesn’t take it and it won’t take it if there’s even a single crease in the bill

I was super impressed with the staff at this location. I dropped in for a quick application while in Calgary and was promptly served at the end of the day nonetheless.

The manager here is rude and useless. TD closed my account with no notice and I went days without access to my funds. Account was closed in error. Spoke to the manager here who tried to insist that this was no big deal. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I have been with Td for the last 10Years, the service is usually excellent, however on this branch the manager and the staff think they own the bank.The lack of customer service and experience on their field is the worst I have ever seen.Do not go to this location.

Brand new Branch, people workThere inside, you can see them but they are closed? They make hand signals and try and talk through 2 glass doors with a mask on, weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced with a Chartered Bank.
