Takes the time to go over things in your home face to face to really explain the issue if there is an issue. (Rather than only sending you a report at the end.) Also takes many photos and has great tools in his repertoire to perform his inspection!! Thumb Home Inspection was the perfect choice for us while we were purchasing our new home. They were able to quickly identify the few existing problems like some missing shingles on the roof that were not easily visible from the ground, and also some mold in the attic. With their report the seller agreed to lower the price enough to cover the repairs and the price of the home inspection!

Ryan was Excellent! He was very thorough and spent hours on his inspection late into a Saturday evening without rushing it. He took the time to educate me about the home and he was so speedy with our radon and mold test results. He followed up quickly and often and I never had to wait on anything. He also helped set me up with professionals in the are to help with our home needs. I highly recomend!
