Selected several types of shoes. Placed shoes boxes on counter. Looking for size 11 or 11.5 in selected types. Finding specific sizes was very difficult due the styles in stock. Returned to retrieve placed boxes of selected styles only to find staff had replaced back into stock. Frustration insured and disappointment. Was not a good shopping experience in not finding the style and shoes size. Had to leave the store.

They have a variety of products from a number of brands. Highly recommended for safety shoes.

It must be a thing at Marks to make customers wait excessively long to pay. Only one cashier was ringing in customers, and the other 2 were behind the desk chatting, and then went on to highlight some papers as if it was #1 priority. I assure you, when there’s a long lineup nothing can possibly be more important than checking out customers who want to pay for items.

Absolutely cold and unwelcome service by lady as we asked questions but cashier at checkout obviously had the concept of customer service

Great place to go for quality clothes and shoes and overall equipment for all type of physical work. It's good quality stuff so the prices are a bit premium also.

Employees have 0 knowledge of policy, one employee was taking our defective shoes back and employee Jass were very rude and haven’t helped us. No one in the store to help us spent 2.5 hours to find shoes and came back with out shoes. Really very poor service and rude staff
