Dr. Mona Sandhu is amazing! She was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her expertise and caring nature made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Mona Sandhu for exceptional eye care.

This was probably the most thorough eye exam I ever had! Dr. Sandhu helped me to understand the problems I was having with my eyes. Also shout out to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. I love my new glasses and all the compliments I have been getting. Highly recommend!!

I had the most amazing experience at Clayton Heights Optometry! From the receptionists to seeing Dr. Sandhu, it was a wonderful experience! The staff was very kind and helpful with me. Dr. Sandhu made me feel very comfortable during my visit and gave me very thourough feedback from my appt. Her calm, kind and patient demeanour is something I have not yet experienced at an optometrist. I will be referring all my friends and family to go here!

Dr. Sandhu is exceptional in every way. She fitted me in last minute due to an acute eye problem I developed. She is caring and compassionate. She explains things exceedingly well. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her team at Clayton Heights Optometry are also terrific.

I'll start off by saying I'm generally a very anxious person, especially with anything surrounding health(even routine checkups)I felt comfortable in this clinic right away, and not just because the waiting chairs are comfy. The reception staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with are so lovely. Everyone is so reassuring, friendly, patient, and helpful.In my 17-ish years wearing glasses and needing checkups, my appointment with Dr. Mona Sandhu was the best so far. She consistently checked in with me during the exam to make sure I was okay, and assured me that it was okay if I needed a break. Her examination was undoubtedly the most thorough I've ever had, which I really appreciate.If I didn't have sensitive little eyes after having the dialiating drops in, I easily could have hung out chatting with the staff all afternoon, hahah. Everyone just has really welcoming and approachable energy.I've seen maybe 5 or 6 different eye doctors in my life due to moving around, and my experience today was truly the most informative, comforting, reassuring, and overall pleasant.I don't leave big rave reviews often, but as someone who gets really nervous about seeing new doctors, I hope leaving this will help someone else like me stop wasting their time searching for the right place to go"- because this is it. Your squishy little vision orbs are in good hands."

Both Dr. Mona and Dr. Choi are great with kids and so patient, my daughter was so comfortable with the thorough eye exam and screening. Also the staff with the pre-eye checkup and assistance were great. Would definitely recommend this place and team.

Let’s just say I love Clayton Heights Optometry! I came in to get new glasses for my son. They had a great selection of frames and educated us on the different prescription lens designs. We received the best customer service from the entire team! Everyone is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Clayton Heights Optometry. They are truly one of a kind :)
