Have been using Ken Plumbing for many years now. Amazing service. The quality of work is always beyond our expectations. The rates are reasonable. They are fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Never go with this company. We bought a house in Timberlands. Within 5 months the main incomer line broken in pieces and had a flood. Luckily we were at home and found the defect. Informed the builder. He sent the plumber from this company. He came and made the leak worst broken the joint in pieces. The City had to come to close the main valve. It was very difficult to deal with this company. The water heater installed by them produces abnormal noises. When I requested to look into the matter, some one responded to the email asking me to pay for the inspection and came up with a conclusion that the noise is due to Calcium deposits inside the water tank. In their response they said the water tank is Old. How come a new home is installed with an Old water heater? This company is not professional. Not helpful at all. The entire plumbing in my home done by this company has got issues. Never trust them.

My husband and I are new to the area of Blackfalds and have had Kens plumbing out to our home a couple of times and I want to Thank Eric and his team who came out a big thank you for the amazing work you all did with not only our sink and plumbing, but also with the flash water system and with the instalment of the new tank. It all went really well and so impressed with how they made it all look with the new tank added to the furnace area. Thanks again to Ken’s plumbing and his team. Totally recommend 100%

Hot water tank had a massive failure. Called to get a quote which was very competitive. Quick to quote and get mobilized. The 2 workers that came to the house both very professional and friendly. Good clean work. Billing was invoiced exactly as quoted. Hopefully don't need them again but would use them if I needed.

Called to make an appointment for next day.Did not show the next day. Phoned back and said they forgot about appointment and apologized. Made another appointment the next day at 10:00 am. and plumber shows up 10:45 am. Plumber determines he does not have the right cartridge and needs to go to Emco to get the right part. In the mean time I am being billed for him to drive to the other side of the city and back to get the right part. End of day got charged for 2 hours when really should of been a hour. At $100 per hour, it can add up pretty quick.

Highly recommend! The staff here are amazing, Especially Eric! Always on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable! Never had an issue where he couldn’t fix something and always takes the time to make sure it works properly and doesn’t overcharge like most other companies do! He has always honoured his work. I had an issue with my kitchen sink, called him right away and he was there within minutes to fix the issue! Quick, efficient and very professional. I will never use another plumber, highly recommend him!!

We recently purchased our first house in Red Deer and needed a new hot water tank and in floor heating hooked up. Upon recommendation we went with Ken's Plumbing. Eric was very professional and pleasant to deal with. When we have a question or concern he is quick to respond. I contacted Ken's Plumbing today and Eric was at my house within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and if you have the pleasure of dealing with Eric you will not be disappointed!
