Wanted to sit on a saddle to see how it feels. They said that they would have to charge me labour for the time it takes to put it on a bike... Laughable!... As it takes like 2 mins.They also said that they don't honor Specialize's Saddle Comfort Guarantee and only do exchanges or store credit.. No money back. When I asked to talk to the owner Eric about my customer service concerns , he just hid in the back and sent up an equally unhelpful staff member.Ended up going to another Specialized Dealer who fitted me for the same saddle in minutes, no labour charge. Was so pleased, ended up buying my wife a bike also.Horrible Service

Very good service and awesome selection - the retail shop is a MTB paradise! Went to take my bike for a fix after my brake hose popped out of the lever, and even though they were super busy they turned it around the next day because it was such a small fix. Really appreciate personal service like that!

Was in the East Cycle today as I had a issue with my bike first time out when my chain broke. Owner John explained to me what happened, gave me some advice, fix the chain and sent me on my way. Great guy and great business. Highly recommend them to all cyclist looking to buy or for service.

These guys are great! They are professional and work fast with accuracy. I had a flat fixed and wheel replaced. I left with my bike feeling good as new, all tuned up, and a lot safer. I barely even had brakes! I would highly recommend this shop.Keep biking everyone and enjoy the ride!

Unorganized repair shop, too bad. Spent close to $10k in this store. When I dropped off parts to have repaired, they lost parts and would not take responsibility for it. I have never in my life tried to take money from someone. I just wanted my parts back so I van ride. They lost them and said that it never happens. Easy to fix this with a small improvement in work flow. Best of luck gents. Ride on!

I have always had a great experience with this shop. Take your time to mull around. The shop has so much stock, if you're looking for something drop in.

Originally left a 5 star review. Bought a fairly expensive bike from here in April, Monday this week I dropped the bike off for my free tune up and paid flat repair. Hadn’t heard back by Friday so I called and they told me hopefully later that day or early Saturday. Again didn’t hear back on Saturday so I called and they said it wouldn’t be done today. Finally had enough so I picked my bike up, took it to ZM Cycle and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. East side had it for 6 days and never touched it. Could have been riding Monday if I had taken it somewhere else to begin with.

We purchased two bikes here in March 2021 for our boys. When our kids were young we generally purchased cheaper make bikes and decided to upgrade and get quality this time One was a mountain bike and one was a BMX bike. They did not have the mountain bike in stock so we paid a deposit and purchased the BMX. Two weeks later we got a Call advising that we would have to pay $50 extra if we wanted the mountain bike even though we had already been given a receipt and paid a deposit. The man on the phone was beyond condescending and rude and told me we could either pay it or lose the bike. Then when we had issues with the BMX bike and when I called to have it repaired it was beyond disgusting how rude the staff were on the phone. He flat out said it was our kid’s fault that his brand new bike wasn’t working properly. Among other issues, Both pedals broke off one bike and they told us it was because our 10 year old was too rough (keeping in mind the bike is less than a year old and he rides to school and back) ) and initially refused to repair/exchange them. I can understand when things go wrong but again the staff member was exceptionally condescending and rude when I spoke to him. I am not usually a person who does Google reviews but the customer service at the store was so beyond terrible that I felt the need to do it now. Go somewhere he has quality bikes but also has quality customer services
