Bought a trailer, Christian the salesman and Lindsay the finance manager were both very knowledgeable and patient with my array of questions. The RV tech answered every question I had without hesitation, and did an excellent job showing me how to set up my weight distribution hitch

Needed a recall part replaced on my trailer. Made a reservation a few days ahead of time. Took it in and told it would be taken care of within an hour. We unhooked the trailer and went shopping for a couple hours and came back to a repaired trailer. The service staff took care of the paperwork for the recalled part and we were able to hookup and leave right away. Great place to have work done.

Just Picked up our new Travel Trailer today at SMP Prince George. After purchasing 5 RVs over the years have to say that this experience was the best. Started with our salesman Chritian being very prompt sincere and honest followed by the finance department and service deparment providing top notch service. It seems like post covid that service is harder to find. Thats because they all at SMP in Prince George. Keep up the excellent work.Marc and Jeanette

We've had several types of rvs over the 35 years we've travelled, and consequently have dealt with many dealerships. SMP by far has the best all around team we have had the privilege of dealing with. Our salesman Christian, listened to our list of wants and needs and showed us a number of units which checked all of our boxes. He was very knowledgeable about every product line and floorplan and listened to what we wanted, he didn't tell us what we wanted. That I find, is rare. The RV techs we dealt with (Kurt and Paul), also were knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Lindsay in the document department, again, knows her business and was very friendly and encouraged us to bring our German Shepard into her office while finalizing our deal. We stopped by on our way home from camping. Hot water tank would not heat up. I thought I would ask if perhaps there was a thermostat to turn up. Or maybe I would need to book appointment. Never got his name.. but he said I know what that is came out showed us the closed valve and that was it. Would not take any money . Such great customer service. We will be back. Thanks so much.

SMP staff are very friendly and helpful. We had purchased an item not realizing it wasn't going to suit our needs. Fortunately, they took it back and returned our money.Thx a lot SMP

Our Canadian made Northern Light 10-2 LE truck camper is by far the best investment we have ever made in our 25 years of camping experiences. It is a true 4 season camper, extremely well-crafted, spacious and the layout plan has been very well thought out. We chose the wet bath over the dry bath so we would have the extra dinette and spice rack/pantry space. There are more storage compartments in this truck camper in comparison to the slide out camper we previously owned. The quality is 5 star and the comfort and coziness of this unit just wraps around you. We know we will be enjoying our home on wheels" for many years to come.
