We were so satisfied with Zachary's knowledge and speed the first time around that we returned back to him again 3 years later and we will definitely go back next time we buy a home. His staff was very organized and responsive. They took a transaction that seemed intimidating and made it seem so seamless and easy. Initially my experience with the firm was great! They were accommodating and worked very quickly however once the papers were signed the staff seemed annoyed if I had questions about getting the land title. My biggest concern was that they kept sending emails to the wrong address that contained personal information.
