For Armor Inc.:Need to inspect SOTF switches before shipping or provide better packaging for shipment.My initial order was missing the SOTF switch. Armor Inc shipped me one and it arrived broken. They shipped me a second, it arrived broken. Shipped a third and it arrived broken. I gave up. I could tell my story was a broken record.Tunes are great though, just can’t switch on the fly.

I took my dodge and got a full delete done , they had it done pretty quick and did a great job I highly recommend these guys.

Would like to personally thank Ashley and the team at armor. They went above and beyond I had some issues with tuning on a Sunday and emailed them knowing I wouldn’t get a response till Monday. Not even 15 min later got a response and they worked with me till the issue was resolved on a SUNDAY which took multiple responses! 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again!

Not scared to take on what I sent to them. I called a bunch of shops in central Alberta to get my 6.5 running again and was turned away because it’s an old diesel. It’s my only vehicle I have. Armor Inc took it on with no hesitation, you know, because they are a diesel shop. Parts were hard to find but I sourced the part myself through the states and they had no problem with it. 5stars for Armor Inc hands down. I will be using them for now on. Thanks!

Had my truck deleted at Armor Inc and I couldn't be happier with how it is running. I had alot of questions when I showed up for my appointment and both of the front counter representatives took the time to answer them all. I will recommend their shop to anyone who inquires about my delete. Hopefully I don't have any issues in the future but if I do, I hope I will get the same service the second go around.

Drove in from out of town with a couple of urgent repairs needing to be done. They got me in right away and out the door in a day so I can make the trip back home. Good pricing and great service.

Ive dealt with the people at Armor INC twice now and by far the best customer service ive ever had. I'm by no means knowledgeable when it comes to tuning and had several questions which they answered up front and were more than patient with me through the entire process. Their work is clean and extremely professional, my truck has never ran better. I'm more than happy with my experiences with them and will continue to be a customer of theirs. Brought truck in replaced both turbos on EcoBoost. Called them months later noticed some coolant leaking they said they look at fittings and components but don't change them out unless needed.Every shop I've talked to say they replace them no matter what while they have turbos out. To save you from having to rip turbos out again to replace fittings.Now have another fitting leaking oil. Turbos were put in 2020 and from then till now they won't cover anything .**Fittings should be changed everytime while replacing turbos. Call and ask any other shop.**Very cheap part to replace while in there rather than having it fail and have to take the turbos out again to access the fittings to replace is word for word what I've heard from multiple shops about this issue.Today's phone call with Armour, I brought this up and she said they do ford dodge chev and never replace them unless they are damaged.Recommend you take your vehicles to crucial diesel or bow diesel. Better service and more knowledgeable.

I bought a 01 Ram diesel last year that needed a bit of work, first off I want to say I have had my fair share of being gouged by dealerships and given bad info from greedy shops, and really don't have a lot of faith or trust in many places anymore. Armor has been the ones putting parts on for me and helping get my truck in good shape. Up front I have dealt mainly with Ashley and she has been great to talk to and is very informative. In the back I can say the same about the mechanics, any questions you have they will take you to your truck and go through it with you and reassure the right decisions are being made. The shop rate at their shop is also very reasonable especially comparing to dealerships. I will continue to support Armor as long as they keep up the good work.
