I had an excellent experience. The location looks amazing and very clean. The person at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. I met with Jacey who was amazing. She was very personable and listened to what I was telling her. She was able to determine what my issue was quick to provide feedback on what I would need to do to heal. I would highly recommend you choose Rehab 1!

I’ve never needed physio in my life but when I broke my ankle Josee was great! She had me walking in two months and back to work in three! Edie is the best front end manager I’ve ever met. She is friendly, smart and so enthusiastic! Chad, the owner, is such an amazing human! He answered my questions before I was a patient and assured me that I’d be in good hands with Josee!Thanks for getting me back on my feet!

Today was my first time seeing an osteopath - Jenn Hart - and I'm so happy that I made the appointment. I've always believed that, when it comes to injuries/illness, a holistic approach is best because everything is connected. This is an osteopath's approach and it certainly was Jenn's approach. I feel heard and Jenn provided lots of information/learning for me as well. Now I have a path forward that makes sense. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I’ve never had physiotherapy before and was nervous going into my assessment. Josee was warm, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She put me at ease right away and within a few minutes, I felt like she was an old friend. She did shockwave therapy on my feet as well as cupping and she talked me through everything. She left me with some “homework” to focus on between appointments and gave me confidence that my pain can be managed and maybe even eliminated!!

My experience with Karen was amazing. I came to her with shoulder movement issues. She was extremely thorough before and throughout the massage, understanding exactly where my issues were and explaining the treatment process. After one visit my range in motion is already improving. Thankful to have found her.
