This was a difficult bathroom renovation due to all the supply chain issues and shortages, but The Marble Factory was reliable, attentive to our time schedule and assisted us throughout the process. I highly recommend this Calgary manufacturer. We were grateful for their patience and support during this renovation.

Almost four years ago, we had the Marble Factory complete bathroom renovations for us. The bathrooms look great and we have been happy with them!Recently, we discovered a problem with some of the plumbing that had been done. For a variety of reasons, we didn't discover this issue years ago. We contacted the Marble Factory to see if they could do repairs. During the holidays, one of the company's workers, Mark - who also helped with our original renovations - came to the house. He was able to identify the problem, repair it and spent hours ensuring there were no other deficiencies. We were very impressed with his efforts but also impressed that the company stood behind their workmanship even after a long time had lapsed since the original installation. Thanks!!!

We hired the Marble Factory to finish our complete master Bathroom renovation including; complete new floor plan which included a complete rework of all plumbing, tile floors with in-floor heating, Trustone shower surround & dual sink vanity, custom sized mirrors with lights and outlets cut out, all high end fixtures, and glass shower doors. The Trustone product they have is fantastic for shower surrounds with almost limitless colors patterns (we used the Carrera Marble color for shower, sinks, and backsplashes), and no grout lines!! The Marble factory provided great levels of customer service as there were a couple scenarios where we wanted to change some details (height of the shower head) during the process that required rework. They were very accommodating to get these changes done for us without delaying the hard timeline we had right before Christmas. We will be using the Marble Factory for our upcoming Powder Room renovation as well as our Spare bathroom after the Powder room.

We have purchased bathroom vanities and shower panels previously from The Marble Factory and decided we needed to replace another vanity. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful and their order form was simple and easy to use. Our new vanity arrived in a reasonable time frame, was done exactly to our specs and was top quality as usual. I highly recommend The Marble Factory!

We had a bathroom Reno done in the fall by the marble factory. We live in a older bungalow which can be challenging to say the least. Kitchen Reno with another company was an over one year, frustrating gong show. That reno left us very twitchy to say the least, to take on another reno. Our bathroom reno, on the other hand, was an experience on the other end of scale! Mark from the marble factory came in, full of knowledge, expertise, patience and determination to get the job done professionally and in a timely manner, and delivered. There were some problems along the way which he immediately returned and rectified. He was lovely, personable and entertaining too! Thank you for showing us what a reputable company looks like!

The Marble Factory is great! Everyone from Dawn in the office to the gentleman that did the estimates and the team that completed the work were helpful and easy to deal with. We looked around for ages trying to decide what to do in our old bathroom and the Marble Factory helped us transform our 70s bathroom into a dream. I highly recommend them and go for the custom cabinet! You won't be disappointed.

My parents had a custom bathroom sink made by The Marble Factory 25+ years ago. It’s still a perfect looking white sink and doesn’t show any marks or wear despite so much use in their main bathroom. They enjoyed a factory tour back when it was ordered too. Now that my mom is thinking of replacing her kitchen counters and my oddly-sized kitchen sink is cracked, we will be looking into options from The Marble Factory. We were surprised there wasn’t more great reviews for this company so that’s why ours is written 25 years after the purchase!

Quality product and good customer service. We had The Marble Factory create a counter-top for our bathroom vanity. We originally ordered a solid white" counter-top. Contrary to the colour description

Although the project was a little more pricey than I envisioned in comparison to competitors products and prices definitely worth it.We converted our tub to a shower and had the Marble Factory do the work. From the onset of design to demolition and with the quickly completed project the level of Professionalism and Craftsmanship was completely outstanding.We would absolutely recommend The Marble Factory.
