A brilliant find for gluten free food. Walking by while visiting the western fair market I saw these delicious looking cheese bread buns with gluten free written above them.After inquiring I learned they were Brazilian cheese buns made with tapioca flour.I decided to try the stuffed sun dried tomato bun, a delightful and delicious decision.#glutenfree#localguides
