Sami was amazing. I liked some of the rings, but wasn’t in love with them. She let me know the options available to make exactly what I wanted. She was great to deal with and her genuine love of jewelry made it a fun experience as well.

Amy listened to what I needed, was patient and went way above my expectations as a customer. She made sure to spend the time to help me find the perfect bracelet and earrings for my fiancee! Super professional salesperson and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well. 10/10 will shop here again!

Always have had amazing experiences here! With my wedding rings, I have a faulty diamond that kept falling out and they replaced it for free every time without hassle within a day of bringing it in. Then I went to purchase a ring for my 3-year-old. Everywhere turned me out the foot saying they had no rings for kids. Paris jewelers on the other hand told me to pick any ring and they would size it to fit! Will be going back for all my jewelery here

Purchased some pieces in the past and had wonderful experiences each time.On this particular visit, my husband and I went in looking to upgrade my wedding ring for our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary. From the inception we were warmly greeted and they were extremely helpful in navigating their selection. All the staff are polite, professional and simply wonderful to deal with, particularly Dina and Michelle. They are extremely knowledgeable about every product, were courteous to let me try on several pieces. Most of all did not pressure me, just top notch service.Even received a hand written note with our purchase from Dina, little touches as such are so appreciated and memorable.As customers we have the option to buy from a variety of different jewelry stores. My choice going forward will always be Paris Jewellers.The background story of this family owned business is so inspiring and meaningful, another reason to choose Paris Jewellers.❤️

They have a text communication option where if you have a question someone will actually text you back...this is genius ...could not recommend them more.

Would be a 3 but the service has been amazing so that brings it to a 4. Have had a bad experience with my bracelet, clasp broke within 1 month, got it repaired and then broke within 1 hour of wearing it. The people at Paris sh pk have been fantastic, super personable, happy to help and get it repaired again free of charge. But still frustrating that the repair process wasn’t done well the first time.Customer service 10/10Repair process 4/10
