Anil was very knowledgeable about the Whirlpool washer and he fixed the problem, very professional and patient. He explained to my wife and I what he did. He also explained how the washer should work as we didn't use it properly and caused the problem. He asked if we had the manual. We thought we had it. He tried to help us to download the manual but we could find the manual. We had a hardcopy of one manual but Anil thought there should be another one we need. Anyway, he would see how we could get it. We really appreciate Anil's effort in ensuring we get the best use of the washer.Thanks again, Anil.

2 x in a month I have had issues with my dishwasher. Both times they have sent someone that tells us to reset it (which had already been done by us numerous times). The problem occurs halfway or more through the cycle which is definitely NOT the 10 minutes the tech bothers to be here. No one listens, no one looks at the photos sent of the error codes, no one bothers to contact the company that made it to figure it out. What good is a warranty if someones just going to keep saying reset it. Yes it works when you reset it of course it does! Till a few washes later when im calling again!!!! Oh and asking to speak to a manager, forget it that wont happen either. TERRIBLE! If 0 stars was an option thats what I would choose! Now I remember why I never bought warranties.

We had Anil from Trans Global Service come to service our Frigidaire fridge after experiencing some issues and couldn't be more happy. Everyone we dealt with was great but we felt like Anil cared about our issues and took the time to explain everything to us. Really happy with the great service we received.

John replaced one of the lights in my freezer and rest the water filer indicator. This is the second time John serviced our refrigerator he is friendly, professional & very efficient.

Terrible service. Customer service is the least of their priorities. They still havemt come in to repair my washer despite repeated calls. These guys are the worst
