Where do I begin. I brought a parka with a broken zipper and wanted it fixed.The first try was attempted murder on the coat. Very, very bad sewing quality. Wrinkled seams, no seams, loose strings all over the place. On top of that, the zipper was too small and I requested a bigger one. So I brought it back for a re-do.Re-do pick up attempt number 1. Store is supposed to close at 4pm and I arrived at 3:45pm in front of a closed door.Second pick-up attempt and take on the parka was better. Less of a butchering than the first one and sort-of acceptable. So I took it home after paying the extra 18$ for a different zipper (would've expected it to be free after this fiasco, but no).After arriving at home, the first button fell out. They had to remove them for the zipper and did not put them back properly.All in all, a total failure plus having a very bad service on top of it. They ensured its the best quality and the best they can do. If possible, I would give 0 stars.

I’ve been here three times now, twice to have belt holes done, and once to repair a pair of designer boots after the brand refused to honour a warranty. Every single time I’ve not only received fast, affordable, and efficient but courteous and kind service and would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing any leather work done.

Left my suit out in the rain like an idiot, I brought it in with some fairly serious puckering issues. I was genuinely worried it was a lost cause. But these guys worked their magic and my suit is good as new. Could not recommend them more highly, even for serious and difficult jobs.
