My dentist of many years (dating back to the late 70's) recently sold his private practice, but thankfully has stayed on with the new corporate structure"... at least for the time being. That's a good thing.On this occasion I arrived for my 6-month cleaning and was provided the service by a hygienist who was new to me.THE GOOD:If whitening my teeth to the point of having to put on sunglasses when I smile in front of a mirror was the objective... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!As well

I booked an appointment with Dr. Bill Rieger following a very bad experience at another dental office. He was absolutely the most caring and thorough dentist - very personable and kind. I am so glad a friend referred me to him.

This is a very nice clinic - very clean with friendly staff. But I don't appreciate that they changed my regular dentist without warning me. I would have preferred a notification that I would be seeing someone new, as I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I am considering switching to a new clinic because of the lack of transparency/courtesy.
