I’ve been a customer of Bell/Virgin for 15 years. Just finished paying off my phone and wanted a new, cheaper plan that matched my needs better. Agent put me through to the customer solutions team and the best they could do was 8GB for $62 (I currently pay $62 for 30GB). I asked for a bring your own phone plan, and was told I could switch, but I’d have to pay $45 to do it. Your competition could do that for FREE, so why on earth would I PAY TO SWITCH?? Seriously, after 15 years that’s the best you can do? It’s nothing but a sick joke.On top of that, Bell Media treats their employees like dirt, and fired the amazing Lisa LaFlamme because she dared to challenge an insecure, misogynistic exec and he didn’t have the balls to handle it.Basically, you’ve given me zero reasons to stay, and EVERY reason to leave. Good riddance!

I really can't adequately explain the terrible level of service I have gotten. I'm happy others have gotten great service but I haven't, I've been insulted by staff, they refuse to do any follow up at all, still, 4 days later, have not sent me what I requested, I could go on but this is a review, not a novel. Anyway, if I could give 0/5 I would.Now they are trying to cheat me out of money they told me I would not get charged.0/5

Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. They have many staff who lie. I’m guessing some staff must be on commission. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to shut down one of my phones. I still have two phones with these crooks. They told me yesterday a super would call me back twice, Still nothing, zero attempts to call and resolve a simple issue. I’ve been a customer of there’s for 12 years and I get treated like dirt. You’ll find much better customer service with the competition. It’s not about rates, it’s about customer service, they obviously don’t understand they. I’d give zero stars if I had the option.Greg Soderstrom

BEWARE. Save yourself. I would give negative stars if it were possible. They lie and everything is a money grab. 95% of customer service experiences have been mean and so frustrating. Phone staff are consistently rude, even with communication. Got laid off and lied to about signing Into a contract. Asked to lower my Data and plan cost and I was told I could have half the data for $10 less. I asked to cancel and I’m told I’d have to pay For the phone. I’ve been with this company 3 months, phone is in brand new condition and they won’t take it back. Seriously the worst phone company hands down.
