WINMAR Property Restoration Specialists - Thunder Bay

After a burst bathroom pipe winmar came and cut out the ceiling below. They were meant to come back and repair the bathroom and ceiling. That was in april 2022. They never came back, would not commit, would not return my calls. I lived with this until November when someone else fixed it.

The Winmar team put us back on our feet again after discovering substantial damage to our home during a roof leaking incident.The team worked with us in the restoration to not only restore but improve our home. They were always pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The quality of their workmanship is beyond reproach! I can’t thank them enough!

Winmar was very fast at responding to us when we had water in our basement. Reception was great to deal with and Leslie was excellent at giving us information and explaining options.

Bought a house to find out it needed major mold remediation. WINMAR was very responsive to my request for a quote and Chris booked me in quickly. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had with no issue. The work that was done was thorough, well beyond what I expected and all the crew members who came were very kind and knowledgeable as well. You pay slightly more for the work, but once you see their knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work, there is no denying you are getting what you paid for and more. I would recommend WINMAR!

Winmar was amazing to work with! I contacted Chris and he called the pest control company who recommended him directly, just to ensure that we were both on the same page about the issue and solution. He came out, gave me a quote, and then scheduled in my project. His crew was on time, so polite, hardworking (and a terrible heatwave did not deter this!), and cleaned up so well that my property looks even better than it did initially. The results are more thorough than what I was anticipating, and the crew went way above and beyond in the project, replacing some old latticework, fixing two sets of stairs, and straightening my fence as they went along (these needed to be removed to get at the foundation of the house). They were so fantastic and easy to work with that I just booked them in for a second project.

No one likes to have their basement fill with sewage. Winmar came to our family's rescue, treating us with understanding and respect all the way. Everyone on their team gave well needed guidance and advice. Truly pleased with workmanship and service. Thanks Winmar!!

We were having our kitchen re-done by inspired cabinetry and winmar was used as a sub to complete certain tasks. Everyone was great to deal with and prompt, we are very happy with the work they did. We will definitely contact winmar in the future for any jobs we may be contemplating.

Phenomenal service.. I have nothing but praise for all the employees I've had interactions with. Very professional, kind, considerate, hard working and efficient. Winmar is fantastic! We had an ice daming issue in our living room, where it was basically raining in our living room. We tried another restoration service which was recommend by our insurance provider, who just disappeared after the quote.We decided to switch to a Winmar, who not only responded quickly but provided a more comprehensive report to our insurance adjuster. The team was amazing, the quality of work is exceptional, they kept a tidy work site and were very efficient.
